Pros:

Чудесно място, чудесна локация!

Cons:

Единственото нещо което ме притесни е, че бях с бебе на 1 год. и не бях взела със себе си кана за топла вода. В стаята нямаше и персонала беше много любезен и всяка вечер ми топлеха водата на бара за да мога да дам мляко на малката. Отношението беше чудесно.

Totally recommend for a trip in Tryavna
Pros:

Great location, right the city center, we had a double room with balcony. The room was spacious, very clean, cosy and comfortable.

Cons:

The sink and shower drains were clogged. We stayed for just one night so we did not mind. The balcony we had could have been a bit more spacious. We only had the space for just one chair and a table. Two people could not fit in it.

Cons:

Изключително непрофесионално и несериозно отношение към клиента! Стаята, която бях резервирала преди 3 месеца изведнъж не беше налична. Разбрах го случайно, защото попитах за закуска малко преди датата на резервация. Беше предложена резервната стая на хотела, която се пазела за такива случаи. Стаята изобщо отговаряше на това, което бяхме резервирали. Нямаше друга алтернатива. Хотелът не предложи друга дата и някаква компенсация, което е доста разочароващо.
