stayed 2 nights and wasn’t very pleasant due to the stairs

Cons:

The walk to the room was torturing, not recommended for elderly, knee injuries as the stairs are very stiff, no lift

Zum entspannen fantastisch!
Pros:

Ein superschönes Zimmer mit Blick auf dem See. Herrlich zum entspannen. Die Matratze war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Es gab nur eine Steckdose zum aufladen. Die Möbel waren in keinem guten Zustand mehr. Und es war doch weiter weg vom Ort Tuk tuk.

Pros:

Het uitzicht op Toba lake. we hadden kamer deluxe geboekt.
Het bedje lag heerlijk en het personeel is super vriendelijk!

Cons:

-Het licht van de kamer is heel vel, niet gezellig. -Als je beide wil douchen moet je op de tijd letten, anders heeft de ander een koude douche.
-De kamers en gang zijn een soort klankkast en je hoort alles wat je buren doen of zeggen.
-Er waren maar 6 strandbedjes. waarvan er 1 stuk was en ook niet heel comfortabel lag.

prijs en kwaliteit waren niet in verhouding.

Cons:

The staff was unfriendly, and the facilities were lacking—no iron, no Wi-Fi. I won’t be returning. I booked a superior room for 3 people, but when checking in, the receptionist insisted on an extra bed for 150K IDR, even though the original bed was already large enough. We didn’t use the extra bed at all, which was really frustrating.

Good value place in lake Toba with stunning views
Pros:

Great location overlooking the lake. Rooms were a good size and bed was comfortable, the highlight for me was the balcony directly overlooking the lake. The restaurant had tasty food and there was a pool onsite. Staff also friendly and accommodating arranging transportation etc.

Cons:

The rooms were a little neglected and could have done with some refurbishment. Particularly the bathroom.

Le balcon qui donne sur le lac, très bien! Très belle vue😄. Chambre spacieuse, nous avions la
Standard, des bouteilles d’eau tous les jours. Par contre si vous voulez que votre chambre soit nettoyée il faut apporter la clef à la réception, ce n’est pas automatique.

Cons:

Trop de fourmis dans la chambre. Les voisins ( des touristes locaux) gentils mais debout à l’aube et mettent la musique, discutent sur leur terrasse avant 6h! La piscine est déjà occupée à partir de 6h du matin. Pas de wifi dans les chambres, si vous en voulez, il faut monter les escaliers jusque la réception.

Exceptional
Pros:

The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. I’m convinced this is the best place to stay on the island. The staff were very kind and helpful. You can jump into the lake from the property and the water in front is very clean because it’s a little further from tuk tuk. I hope I get to stay here again

Lovely hotel and comfortable stay in a great location in Tuktuk.
Pros:

Fabulous lakeside location. Loved being dropped off and picked up at the property by ferry! Our room and balcony looked right over the water. We found the staff friendly and helpful. We rented a scooter on site and all went smoothly. Food was great. Lots of traditional dishes. Lots of communal places to sit anc eat or have drinks.

Cons:

We were disturbed by noise from the room next door and the corridor but that says more about the other guests than the property. Also the boats and jet skis are operational from 7am so don’t expect to sleep late!
Bedroom would benefit from bedside reading lamps and pictures/wall hangings as although spotlessly clean, it felt a bit stark.

Very disappointing not value for money at all.
Pros:

The property sits at the front of Danau Toba. There is a spacious balcony.

Cons:

The noise from the jet skis start early in the morning and goes on until it is dark spoiling any peace that this stunning scenery offers. Our room was not made up as they forgot to tell us we needed to leave our key. Room does not have ac and you cannot leave the door or window open because of the noise!
