Pros:

The attentiveness of staff was nice, despite the previous reviews. The room was comfortable overall, all facilities were working (good wifi, kettle, fridge, shower, cooling fan). The hotel is located conveniently near the shopping centre and cafes.

Cons:

I was given the room without a window, however I have booked another, so I was a tough week for me (although it was quiet without the street noise). The renovation is not new, so it was not the best experience. The water in bathroom was not hot in the morning. And there was a small inconvenience — there was a night light on the wall, which was constantly turned on and I had to cut off the power in the room to do so… Also one cockroach has shown up during the week.

3 hôm ở đây thấy có 1 bạn nhân viên rất dễ thương, chăm sóc khách hàng chu đáo nhiệt tình, giải quyết nhanh gọn, và chủ cũng đáng yêu khi tạo điều kiện hết sức khi gia đình em có khi muốn thay đổi lịch trình đi chơi

Có 1 bạn nhân viên đeo kính phục vụ hết sức tệ, mũ treo trên xe ở hotel đó, nhưng chúng tôi thiếu mũ bh thì bạn đó nằng nặc cho là chúng tôi để đâu, bảo đưa 7 cái mũ nhưng chúng tôi trên phòng thì k biết mũ thiếu đi đâu, nhờ check cam thì không thấy báo lại, mũ bị hư không đeo quai được nhờ đổi thì k sử lý, khi về thì thái độ vois nhà tôi vô cùng. Còn bác lao công, 12h mới checkout nhưng nhà tôi về lúc 9h, chúng tôi chưa checkout mà đã vào phòng dọn dẹp trước mặt chúng tôi, nói lại với bác chưa về thì bác vứt đó mà đi ra k nói lời nào, chủ oce nhưng năm sau có quay lại sẽ không đến hotel này nữa

Pros:

The room was spotless. I had a room with a little balcony which was small but looked sea direction so there was a nice breeze. The staff were really friendly and happy. It was close to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, a market. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

There wasn't a light switch next to the bed. Maybe a little bedside lamp could be nice.
