Great location and courteous staff.
Pros:

I liked the location due to its proximity to IIM Udaipur. They also have good tie-ups with cab services that can take you to lovely tourist spots in Udaipur. The cab in-charge was very courteous and helpful. The staff in the resort were professional and provided good service. The spa services were particularly good. Grace, the masseuse, had great candour and provided a very relaxing massage experience. Overall, a great stay for a tourist/interview visit.

Cons:

I think the cleanliness can be improved. There was a bit of dust in my room (near the wall corners) and even the spa needs to be more cleaner. Another aspect is maintenance. My washroom door's handle was broken, so that needs some work as well. Also, the Wi-Fi speed was quite poor on my phone. I also felt the food charges (room service) were a bit pricey, although they tasted good. It is better to order more Northern/Rajasthani cuisine, as I felt the Southern/Chinese/Italian cuisine needs more improvement.
