Great place to stay in Udaipur! Location is perfect to walk to all Udaipur attraction, beautiful structure, room clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast on the terrace was very good and with an amazing view!

The location was very bad, in a small alley, very difficult to find. There are huge steps to climb to reach your room. No lift. The room was average and did not match the photos. I booked a room with king bed, I was given two twin beds attached (not in the same height so it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep). Toiletries were basically nothing. The property is old and basic. The manager told me that their photos are for representation only.

Great location with room windows right on the lake overlooking the water. Helpful staff and cozy environment.
With a few very small upgrades, specifically to the bathrooms, the place could feel much nicer quality. Specifically, I would suggest including small natural soap bars instead of the dispensers with commercial soap. A shower curtain to prevent water from spraying out, and toilet paper instead of the napkin dispenser. I also suggest more warm lighting instead of the bright white light in the rooms. These very small changes can make the ambiance feel higher quality.

Charming old haveli in the heart of old Udaipur. My room was quite large and reasonably priced, and very clean. Breakfasts (included in the room rate) on the rooftop overlooking the lake were a real highlight.
This isn’t a criticism. Just a note that this property might not be good for people with mobility issues, as there are a lot of steep and irregular steps. That’s just how these old haveli heritage places are.
Great views, great location
Location and views are stunning
Even after booking property more than 2 weeks before we did not get rooms for which we paid extra, we got room on ground floor and one on third floor, travelling with family this was not what we expected and paying premium for room with full view and getting it on ground floor because some foreigners came before us wasn’t acceptable
This accommodation offers a beautiful Haveli stay, it is unique, it has a lake view and it's a superb piece of history. Someone told us that the owners are related to the royal family or work for the royal family for many generations, this is how they got the haveli.
Rooms are big but ceiling is low, we are quite tall, almost 2m. Otherwise there was no issue.
Indeed wifi does not work in the rooms as the walls are very thick, if that bothers you.
