Housekeeping staff were good and genuine

Cons:

The front office staff was very rude and not attentive.

The room phone was giving a lot of disturbance and in spite of several complaints they didn't change it.
Lot of mistake communication between room service and front desk teams were not in sync. For basic requests like coffee or milk powder sachets we had to call both of them again and again.

The newly rooftop opened restaurant was very ok, the food did not taste good

We had a great vacation experience in bloom botique l udaipur with regards to clean rooms, great tasty restaurant service with the excellent buffet breakfast with mix of south Indian like idly , hot served masal dosa, parathas , sandwich, etc. Special mention to waiter Mr. Mahendar and Chef Bhagavathi for their warm hospitality. I and my family enjoyed every moment there. Also the chat app for requesting any stuff like towels, pillow or anything was truly ease of use .Also Bathtub as requested was a feature my child enjoyed

Pros:

The hotel was a treat to the eyes everything went so smoothly. The manager showed me the place around when I demonstrated interest in knowing about their property. Art everywhere in this hotel. Would come back with the family.

Miserable stay in an otherwise great vacation.
Pros:

Only the pics in the various websites.

Cons:

Location is next to a drain. Check in took 30 minutes because the payment portal was not working coupled with lack of knowledge of manager. We had booked suite but were given a regular large room. The cost was too high and I could have got a superior property for that cost. Got blown by pics in websites!! 😕

Breakfast was pathetic unhygienic. No buffet. No service. First challenge was to locate the rooftop restaurant. All civil works going on and they are operating a restaurant in the middle of that. Guy came and asked us what we wanted to eat. Was too flustered to bring more than one dish. No fruits or fruit juice. No eggs. Stale bread. No coffee. Soggy poha and sad situation with food.

What I found that most hotels give a look of haveli or palace but very few are original. This is definitely not worth it and is a thorough let down.

Attentive helpfull Staff
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent Manish Joshi was very attentive. Also I would like to mention that reception staff Mansi From she was exceptional and very helpful thank you

Cons:

Initially I would have rated all categories as excellent, however there were major construction during our 4 night stay. Therefore public areas were not available eg outdoor space and everything you touched was very very dusty.
