El hotel nos gustó, su situación, su encanto.

Cons:

Muy mal desayuno, además ofrecen un 10% en comida y bebida, y el restaurante y bar que hay, no hacen el descuento.

It was a good experience… the staff was good. Vishaka, Manasi and other ground staff gentleman was helpful

I was a little disappointed with the food for dinner sourced from Qalaa restaurant, when I ordered in bloom. It was very oily and very bad.

Housekeeping staff were good and genuine

Cons:

The front office staff was very rude and not attentive.

The room phone was giving a lot of disturbance and in spite of several complaints they didn't change it.
Lot of mistake communication between room service and front desk teams were not in sync. For basic requests like coffee or milk powder sachets we had to call both of them again and again.

The newly rooftop opened restaurant was very ok, the food did not taste good

We had a great vacation experience in bloom botique l udaipur with regards to clean rooms, great tasty restaurant service with the excellent buffet breakfast with mix of south Indian like idly , hot served masal dosa, parathas , sandwich, etc. Special mention to waiter Mr. Mahendar and Chef Bhagavathi for their warm hospitality. I and my family enjoyed every moment there. Also the chat app for requesting any stuff like towels, pillow or anything was truly ease of use .Also Bathtub as requested was a feature my child enjoyed

Pros:

The hotel was a treat to the eyes everything went so smoothly. The manager showed me the place around when I demonstrated interest in knowing about their property. Art everywhere in this hotel. Would come back with the family.
