Pros:

It was overpriced the room looked haunted with a slight mold smell it was totally run down the skimming pool was full of dirty water the breakfast was the worst part not a good stay for the amount of money they charge

This was my 3rd time at this property I often choose this hotel for their big spacious rooms although it’s outside the city centre

Cons:

There was literal bed bugs/ lices on the bed first they gave us the room which had dampness on the walls (सिलन) bed bugs too when we report this incident to the receptionist, she was very unhelpful she asked if we have used this room and we just only went in for like 5 mins! They lied to us again and again about all the rooms being sold out but after we showed them, the bedbugs, they they instantly opened 2,3 rooms for us to choose one of those rooms also had bad bugs. They seem to not care about the situation at all, and were behaving in the manner like we had disturbed them. We got our rooms after all these hassle.

Décevant pour le prix en comparaison avec les autres hôtels de notre parcours.
Pros:

Pas grand chose, nous avions pris un hôtel un peu excentré justement pour être au calme et ça n’était pas calme du tout.

Cons:

Insonorisation inexistante, on entendait les chambres voisines, les chaises raclées au sol de la salle de restauration juste au dessus de la chambre, on arrive à 22h le chambre n’est pas prête … on accède enfin à la chambre pas de serviette de bain il a fallut attendre 40mn supplémentaires. Les draps étaient troués et tachés. On ne parle même pas des gens qui restent parler dans les couloirs avec la musique indienne volume max à minuit….

Cons:

Front desk staff seemed utterly unbothered about accommodating our early arrival, despite us confirming our arrival time in advance. When I asked about room allocation, they nonchalantly pointed to the 1 pm check-in policy, as if they'd never been informed otherwise. To make matters worse, they only allocated one room for our group of four, expecting us to share. Not exactly the warmest welcome.
