It was enjoyable to stay there, Because it is in a clam Area. The Cooperation From Mr Jay Sir , Hotel Manager, Was excellent. Room Services Also Too Good.

Great stay - nice staff
Pros:

The manager was really nice and responsive ! We could easily stay one more night. Early checking possible, late checkout only if the room isn’t booked, but if it is, the access to the swimming pool is still possible. The hotel is a bit outside the center, but thanks to that there isn’t any noice of horns or cars, the surroundings are quiet. Tuktuk or Ubers come easily to the hotel and are cheap.

Cons:

We slept at 4 in a triple room (as recommended on booking). It was possible but the “single bed” is still a bit small for 2 people (even though it does the job). If you stay 2 nights, they won’t clean the room during your stay.

Pros:

Great hotel on the quiet street. Location is pretty good as well, 10 tuktuk minutes to the palace with walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

Cons:

Everything is like on the pictures, but it's been awhile from the opening. Towels for example almost gray color, even tho they are clean

Pros:

The rating in Booking.com for this hotel should be changed to 2 star or 1 star. The Hotel was located in a good place. But the Rooms and facilities were really bad

Cons:

They have to maintain the hotel in well clean condition. If they can maintain it well the hotel will get good customers. Now for the time being not recommended.
