Location was quick scooter ride to surf breaks and restaurants. Good views from porch. Nice pool.
There was no seal around the door a 1 to 2 inch gap around the frame that mosquitoes could come in from. Breakfast was not the best, we only ate 1 day while we were there.
Great location for sunset and close to dreamland beach..
It was dirty.. general cleaning required .. needed a deep clean.. reported to staff who came in for 5 mins to clean.. but wasn’t even time to complete proper clean
If you’re comparing this to the four seasons, book the four seasons. If you’re on a budget and want to be close to the workout mecca of Uluwatu, book here. The water views are worth it.
the room is ok, the view is good
the staff is not really friendly to the guest, and when i arrived there are no standby staff at the receptionist. so i have to wait for them
The room was very comfortable and right outside the swimming pool, which at night is a gem after you come back from clubs and want to swim with your girl and enjoy a few last moments of the night under the stars or in the swimming pool, getting refreshed a little bit.
Very close to the hidden beach (great fun) and El Kabron (one of the most popular beach clubs). Off-license little grocery shops are also not too far from there; just get ready to climb a steep hill.
The room had a bad smell caused by the toilet water flush tank. Air freshener is needed to hide it.
Also, the place is located on a bad road and hidden from the main road. The surrounding area is still under construction, making it feel like another place or a dirty and abandoned area.
Had a very bad experience with the manager.
When we arrived we rented bikes.
Long story short, one of the team made a mistake and made us return the bike before the time that was agreed on the contract.
They lied that we didn’t ask for the bike for longer when we checked out and didn’t want to give us any refund or compensation for the day we didn’t use the bike (which we already paid for)

Very disappointing and stressful experience at Dreamland View.
Before arriving, we called the property and were attended by three boys who sounded extremely drunk on the phone. The communication was so unprofessional that we genuinely became worried the place could be a scam. Because of this, we tried to cancel the booking, but the property refused the cancellation.
Even so, we still went to the hotel. When we arrived, the receptionist could barely speak English and then informed us that our room was not available because the hotel was fully booked. This means we paid for our room around 10 days in advance, and they apparently rented the exact same room to someone else as well — meaning they were paid twice for the same room.
As a result, we were left without accommodation and had to urgently book a room at the neighbouring property for almost double the price. It was an extremely stressful and traumatic situation, especially arriving tired and expecting to check into a room we had already paid for.
To make everything worse, they never refunded us for the booking, even though they were unable to provide the room we paid for.
Overall, it was a very, very bad experience and extremely poor management from the property. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
