Had a very bad experience with the manager.
When we arrived we rented bikes.
Long story short, one of the team made a mistake and made us return the bike before the time that was agreed on the contract.
They lied that we didn’t ask for the bike for longer when we checked out and didn’t want to give us any refund or compensation for the day we didn’t use the bike (which we already paid for)

The room had a bad smell caused by the toilet water flush tank. Air freshener is needed to hide it.
Also, the place is located on a bad road and hidden from the main road. The surrounding area is still under construction, making it feel like another place or a dirty and abandoned area.

Before arriving, we called the property and were attended by three boys who sounded extremely drunk on the phone. The communication was so unprofessional that we genuinely became worried the place could be a scam. Because of this, we tried to cancel the booking, but the property refused the cancellation.

Even so, we still went to the hotel. When we arrived, the receptionist could barely speak English and then informed us that our room was not available because the hotel was fully booked. This means we paid for our room around 10 days in advance, and they apparently rented the exact same room to someone else as well — meaning they were paid twice for the same room.

As a result, we were left without accommodation and had to urgently book a room at the neighbouring property for almost double the price. It was an extremely stressful and traumatic situation, especially arriving tired and expecting to check into a room we had already paid for.

To make everything worse, they never refunded us for the booking, even though they were unable to provide the room we paid for.

Overall, it was a very, very bad experience and extremely poor management from the property. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room had an intense Naphthalene smell which was really bad

AVOID THIS HOTEL. I only took it because of other good reviews. But everything else was terrible honestly. Dirty disgusting hotel. Pee stains on toilet. Toilet constantly leaking. Bedsheets weren’t clean. Room was moldy and nastyy . I tried to get a refund they refused so they moved me to a better room but still not up to par. At night the lights in hallways don’t work, it feels unsafe. My room was entered even though I put do not disturb. They put my things back but I they didn’t know I took a picture before I left. Things were not as I left them. Nothing was taken that I know of but just overall terrible experience.
