Rano pod drzwiami obsługa komentuje że goście jeszcze soya, no po zarwanej nocy trudno aby o 7 pokoje zdać,


Powinna być i informacja dla klienta.

Po dojeździe do hotelu bardzo skronie urządzany, stare polonistyczne meble, zwykłe drzwi też nie wyciszają hałasu a pokoje umiejscowione są nad sala imprezowa
Przy takich warunkach oferta powinna mieć I informacji o okoliczności hałaśliwej atmosfery, abym zmęczona po zabiegu chirurgicznym miała możliwość zrezygnować gdy warunki nie przewidują normalnej ciszy hotelowej
Komantarz pani gdy go pytałam jak długo to potrwa, “no dzisiaj sobie nie wyśpi”

Ch chciałam zrezygnować ale oferta była bezwrotna,

Nie podjęcie tematu w trakcie oddawani klucza, Pani nawet nie przeprosiła, zareagowała “acha”

Totalna porażka bez ogrzewania w pokojach, słabe śniadanie.
Pros:

Jedynym plusem tego hotelu jest świeży chleb na śniadaniu.

Cons:

Hotel to totalna porażka, nie polecam go nikomu rezerwować i na miejscu bookinga usunął bym go z sieci hoteli. Począwszy od całego parkingu pokrytego lodem, ale hitem jest temperatura w pokojach która wynosiła uwaga 11 stopni celujesza (potwierdzone legalizowanym termometrem) Przez cały pobyt kaloryfery były zimne i konieczne było spanie w grubych dresach i skarpetach.
Śniadanie poza świeżym chlebem było bardzo słabe. Dokładając parę złoty można mieć hotel 100 razy lepszy i przynajmniej z ogrzewaniem.
Ja wpisuje to miejsce na swoją czarną listę i na pewno już więcej go nie odwiedzę.

Słabe ogrzewanie - było po prostu zimno - szczególnie w łazience, niestety standard pokoju dość niski, słabe wyciszenie pokoju.
