Overall, the hotel had some strong positives.
On the plus side, the room itself was very nice with a comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom, and a great shower. Having a dedicated sunbed was also a really nice touch to relax by the pool.
The biggest issue during my stay was the WiFi. It stopped working after the first night and was unavailable for the rest of the stay which would have been fine if the staff acknowledged the issue.
When I raised this with staff, they repeatedly insisted it wasn’t their fault and initially suggested that both myself and another guest were using it incorrectly (wrong password, etc.), which delayed any real attempt to resolve the issue for over 24 hours.
What was most disappointing was the lack of ownership or customer care. Even when it became clear the problem wasn’t on our end, there was no real effort to fix it promptly, no updates, and no goodwill gesture offered if it couldn’t be fixed.
On the final morning, I was also reminded during breakfast that there were only 45 minutes until checkout which just felt unnecessary and added to the overall sense of unhelpful, slightly frustrating service.
A comfortable stay physically, but let down by poor handling of basic service and guest experience.
Highly recommend this place, the breakfast is to die for, the staff are amazing the cleanliness is such at high standards.

It's very relaxing, the pool is great for swimming, the toilet of the room is very nice and bed is comfortable. We also like the people! I forgot the guy's name at the reception he's very accommodating & helpful. Thank you all for your help & good service provided to us.
Maybe we can request for a television inside! Cos during evening there's nothing much to do. A TV would be nice to avoid boredom.

We loved everything about the Kalia. A massive shout out to Margaret, Eddie, bude, Sandi, Landra, thank you for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Waking up everyday in this private tropical oasis was how a holiday should be. From the breakfast, to happy hour cocktails, to the massages, comfortable bed, lounging around the pool, to how clean our rooms were everyday! It truely is such an awesome boutique hotel. we loved every minute of it to the point where we were so sad to leave. Already planning to come back next year❤️

Had the best stay at Kalia Bingin in Uluwatu! The place is absolutely beautiful and feels like a little hidden paradise. The location is perfect, super close to everything and easy to get around, but still really peaceful.
The staff were beautiful. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and just genuinely lovely the whole time we were there.
Such a great vibe, stunning spot, and we’d 100% stay here again. Already want to come back!

Amazing place for the price, gorgeous spacious rooms and bathrooms and pool access. Staff are amazingly helpful and professional. Breakfast to the room every-morning was absolutely gorgeous. A bit of a walk from anywhere but taxis are so quick and cheap so didn’t bother us
