Disappointed with the room cleanliness and mould.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect. Everything is in walking distance and you are close to so many great restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel layout is also very sweet.

Cons:

Unfortunately I didn’t stay at this hotel at all because there was mould in my room and it smelt damp. Which due to the heavy and continuous rain fall not surprising. However I would have expected the room to have been aired out as much as possible and be super clean and dry.
The bathroom also had mould on the walls and was not super clean, as the walls everywhere are white any and all dirt shows.
I felt that for what I was paying it was not worth the money. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there and my friend had a similar problem so moving rooms was not an option sadly.
I decided not to stay there at all and moved to a different hotel.

Seitsemän villaa hotellissa. Villat kivoja ja siistejä. Piha-alue viihtyisä. Ravintolapalveluita ei ole hotellissa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Olin lukenut varoituksia melusta, mutta meidän 4 yön vierailulla emme heränneet öisin meteliin.

Exceptional Staff! My partner Got Bali belly on our last day of being in bali and he couldn’t even get out of bed. The staff were amazing and so understanding they allowed us to stay another night and were so facilitating to our needs on this stressful day! Also in Perfect Location

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DO NOT BOOK
Cons:

We strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The rooms are in very poor condition and have a strong, persistent mold smell. Initially, the hotel confirmed that we could check out early and receive a partial refund if processed via Booking.com. After we completed all required steps, they suddenly refused the refund, wasting hours of our time.

The property is old and badly maintained, and the staff proved unreliable and untrustworthy. Even reaching the hotel is extremely inconvenient and potentially unsafe. The access route is frequently blocked by trucks, and the path is muddy, slippery, and hazardous.

Staying there was simply not an option, and we were forced to leave early.
Avoid this hotel at all costs.
