Important information:

The city tax applies only for stays longer than 1 day, payable at reception in cash. Guest who end up paying the city tax receive a 20% discount at Uniejów Thermal Spa.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Udany, wczesnowiosenny pobyt w Uniejowie :)
Pros:

Pokój (2-osobowy) był wygodny, dość duży i czysty. Hotel dobrze zaprojektowany, niewielkie odległości między pokojem, recepcją i hotelową restauracją, windą można łatwo dojechać do strefy SPA. Nasz pokój miał balkon z widokiem na Wartę (super). Restauracja serwuje bardzo dobre obiady, polecam zwłaszcza zupę z cieciorką, krewetki smażone na maśle z czosnkiem (przystawka), gnocchi w sosie borowikowym. Polecam również lemoniadę i piwo bezalkoholowe z marakują.

Cons:

Małe niedociągnięcia: brak wody gazowanej w dystrybutorze (istniała taka funkcja, ale woda nie była gazowana), brak półki na żele pod prysznic/szampony w łazience, brak dobrej kawy podczas śniadań (smakowała jak kawa rozpuszczalna; polecam stosowanie kawy świeżo palonej, naprawdę robi to dużą różnicę). Niestety zabrakło informacji o możliwości uzyskania zniżki na termy po uiszczeniu opłaty klimatycznej, dowiedzieliśmy się dopiero na sam koniec pobytu (straciliśmy w ten sposób ponad 40 zł), warto informować o tym gości przy zameldowaniu.

Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa hotelu. Smaczne śniadanie. Przyjemny masaż. Położenie w pobliżu term i zniżki na termy.

Cons:

Zimno w pokoju, choć obsługa szybko pomogła dodatkowym grzejnikiem. Brak wyciszenia pokoju, w nocy było słychać dużo hałasu z korytarza i innych pokojów.

Kuchnia potrafi dostosować się do drobnych życzeń gościa: owsianka bez cukru, orzechy, kefir - podano na życzenie.

Cons:

Niestety drzwi pokoi domykają się bardzo głośno. W spa w czasie masażu powinna być wyższa temperatura.
