Hotel bardzo ładny i czysty, znakomite jedzenie! Fajny basen z wodą termalną

Cons:

Za wysoka cena zabiegu lawendowego przynajmniej o 100 zł, nieadekwatna do jakości, za krótki sam masaż po nałożeniu preparatu

Generalnie w porządku ale personal do szkolenia.
Pros:

Smaczne śniadania, lokalizacja, fajna strefa termalna. Piękne rzeźby w hotelowym lobby.

Cons:

Młodsze pokolenie zatrudnione do obsługi raczej niechętnie wykonuje swoje zadania. Room service jest ale nie odbierają telefonów. W Spa również trudno się zapisać na zabiegi, nawet w środku tygodnia. Mimo licznych udogodnień, nie ma możliwości z ich korzystania, szkoda. Dwukrotnie nie było wybranego dania z karty menu w restauracji. Mimo pustej sali czuliśmy się jednocześnie poganiani i ignorowani. Sąsiedni taras troszkę psuł wrażenia.

Lokalizacja, jedzenie

Cons:

Zdecydowanie słowo termy oznacza dla mnie gorącą wodę. Woda podczas pobytu miała ~30st i każde dosłownie jacuzzi w hotelu w jakim byłem w ostatnim czasie jest dużo cieplejsze niż woda w tym obiekcie. Nie jest to przyjemne spędzać czas w takiej wodzie, a na pewno nie tak sobie to wyobrażaliśmy. Kąpiel do 20 minut to maksymalny czas i od razu chce się człowiek okryć w szlafrok z zimna.
