Un lugar muy tranquilo y muy bien situado en el mismo centro de la provincia de Cuenca. A nosotros nos solucionó un viaje de Valencia a Madrid, pero ahora que lo conocemos, volveremos un par de noches para visitar Cuenca y Alarcón, y volver a cenar con Javier, que se maneja muy bien en la cocina.
Que no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutar más.

Probably one of the best and most unique inns in this part (or in all) of Spain. Very cozy, and tastefully decorated with true creativity.
Dinner was a bucolic gourmet selection in a cellar with otherworldly atmosphere, accompanied by music from Edith Piaff, Dean Martin and the like.
The owners are super nice people, very friendly and helpful.
