Pros:

La struttura molto bella e in ottima posizione a 5 minuti dal mare, il gestore mi ha fatto avere la stanza al più presto, e mi ha preparato un ottima colazione venendo incontro alle mie esigenze, mi ha anche organizzato in anticipo il trasferimento verso la stazione il giorno del check-out. È stata una piacevole esperienza, sarei rimasto anche più giorni. Spero di tornare.

As this was a normal house in which bedrooms are rented out, I missed a refirigarator in the room.
Warm water supply to shower difficult or only working after some repair

Great for a couple of nights
Pros:

The property was nice. The room was clean and had a soft bed with a duvet rather than just a sheet which was glorious after a month of sleeping on hard beds. There was a little terrace out the back with chairs and a table. The ceiling fan worked really well. The best bit was the host - he was a lovely man who was so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bed sheets were scratchy where they had bobbled which made the uncomfortable to sleep on. There was some mould on the walls in the bathroom which had been wiped - wasn’t surprising considering little ventilation and seems to be generally the case in most places. There’s no kettle in the room but the owner did say he was happy to boil water for us if we wanted it.

It totally lives up to the reviews. Everything was perfect and the staff were exceptional.
Pros:

Great value, exceptionally clean, really pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

It wasn’t on the North Cliff beach but only a very short walk away and quieter.
