Nice large room, helpful and friendly staff, super comfy bed, great breakfast, amazing location close to beach and restaurants.

Cons:

Hot water only from tap, not shower head. Could make roof area more comfortable. Small issues though, it's a great place to stay.

Overall a lovely comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, nice big bathroom with hot water.
Clean & modern. Nice outdoor area/patio.
Small touches like tissues supplied. Cold fridge.
The staff were very accommodating & didn’t hesitate to help.

Cons:

Unfortunately when it rains the road floods & you are stuck there unless you have a vehicle to drive you out. The whole road floods. No TV as stated, had to ask for kettle & tea cups.

Pros:

Had a really good stay here in White House Residency. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, including the washroom. The balcony view was the best part, perfect for relaxing. The location is great, with Varkala North Cliff just a short walk away, making everything easily accessible. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for friends and family,
would definitely stay here again!

I keep coming back.
Pros:

The location was great. Safe off street parking and good security. Staff were fantastic.

Cons:

Local power outages. Nothing can be done about this. All hotels have this problem.

Pros:

La struttura molto bella e in ottima posizione a 5 minuti dal mare, il gestore mi ha fatto avere la stanza al più presto, e mi ha preparato un ottima colazione venendo incontro alle mie esigenze, mi ha anche organizzato in anticipo il trasferimento verso la stazione il giorno del check-out. È stata una piacevole esperienza, sarei rimasto anche più giorni. Spero di tornare.

As this was a normal house in which bedrooms are rented out, I missed a refirigarator in the room.
Warm water supply to shower difficult or only working after some repair
