Below expectations.
Not a nice hotel in low season.
When I arrived reception was closed. It was desolated, pitch black & I was the only guest.
No airco in the room so too hot.
Unfortunately, Booking.com info not accurate.
Restaurant was not open so no breakfast, lunch or dinner available.
No English speaking receptionist but Analisa helped me out.
Luckily, came to an agreement with the manager on cancellation terms

The place was quite convenient for our purposes and I really enjoyed the "warm up" of the band
Pros:

walls are rather thin, not the most comfortable bed or pillow,
There was something in our room that the hotel needed but with no one who spoke any english... they bothered us 3times before we figured out there was a "roll away" bed they needed for another guest,

Pros:

It was a proper ranch with horses and stables....parties till late on the weekends but the rooms are so well placed in the front that you are not disturbed at all if you want peace and quiet. We were there for an event for a week and the hotel was just 5 min away so very convenient for us.

Cons:

The cleanliness wasn't quite upto the mark but that was probably part of the theme. The weather was unusually warm during our stay so the aircon in our room was not very effective but then the staff gave us a pedestal fan and we stopped running the ceiling fan during the day....made things much better.
