Cons:

La atención en la recepción es pésima, estuve esperando como 20 minutos para poder ser atendida y luego apareció un señor todo arrogante mal educado.

es war einer meiner schönsten Urlaube die ich bis jetzt gemacht habe
Pros:

sehr schöne zentrale Lage, da die Schiffanlegestelle nur ca.100m entfernt ist. Genauso weit ist es zur Rigibahn
Frühstück war sehr gut , große Auswahl und alles frisch
Zimmer war etwas klein, aber eine schöne Aussicht zum See und in die Berge, das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt
nur abends war es sehr laut, da die Bar direkt unter den Zimmer lag
Personal war Spitze

Pros:

아침식사가 맛있었어요. 루체른 호수가 바로 앞이라, 아침산책하기 좋은 동네입니다. 리기산열차가 바로 앞이고 주차가 가능해 편했어요. 루체른 도심가기에도 배로 갔다올수도 있고 렌트카로 가도 되고 렌트카의 경우 30분정도 소요됩니다. 4인 가족인데, 방도 제일 넓고, 간단한 부엌도구와 그릇이 있고, 냉장고도 있었습니다. 파킹공간도 넉넉했습니다. 동양인보다는 유럽분들이 많이 있네요. 방은 신식은 아니지만 편했습니다.

Lage ist super, unkompliziert was das parken angeht und auch sonst Hilfsbereit wenn's um Ausflüge etc. geht.

Cons:

Wie, leider so üblich in der Schweiz, keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Daher richtig heiss und das die ganze Nacht durch.
