I would not return.
Pros:

The location is next to the Ferry station and the train to Mt Rigi

Cons:

The property is neglected. Old orange stained carpet in room, cigarette smoke odor, no shampoo or conditioner , very cheap towels. Pink commercial soap in bathroom dispenser. Musky odor for in hallway. Not acceptable for the price. This hotel needs a make over. They rely on the location and nog the property
Breakfast is minimal.

Tolle Lage und ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top. Die Schiffanlegestelle, die Rigibahn, das Lido sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Für einen Aufenthalt in Vitznau ist das Hotel damit ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Mein Zimmer war eher minimalistisch, aber funktional eingerichtet, und alles hat gut funktioniert. Besonders positiv fand ich die bequemen Kissen und den kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Auch das À-la-carte-Restaurant war in Ordnung.
Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Für ein oder zwei Nächte und insbesondere aufgrund der hervorragenden Lage kann ich das Hotel gut empfehlen.

Cons:

Ein Nachteil ist die Lage direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist der Verkehr deutlich zu hören, insbesondere am Morgen. Da die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage haben, kann das bei hohen Sommertemperaturen unangenehm werden. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zudem etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Frühstück war für mich eher durchschnittlich. Grundsätzlich war alles vorhanden, was ich brauchte. Beim Müesli-Angebot hätte ich mir allerdings einfache Haferflocken ohne Rosinen, Nüsse oder andere Zusätze sowie etwas Trockenobst gewünscht.
