Nice place with affordable price
Pros:

Facilities are nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Affordable price.

Cons:

Breakfast is plated which only consists of white bread (which are not toasted), jam and butter, some appam and curry. Other hotels offer buffet breakfast.
