Pros:

Gute Lage und stylisch eingerichtet.

Cons:

Es gab leider kein Frühstück mehr (war beim letzten Mal das Highlight, deshalb hatten wir die Unterkunft auch wieder gebucht), haben wir allerdings erst bei Ankunft erfahren.
Zimmer sehr warm.

Eine schöne und gute Alternative zum Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete kleine Wohneinheit mit einem großzügigen Bad. Die Lage ist ruhig und nur wenige Kilometer von Bamberg entfernt. Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt rundum genossen.

Alles neu und sauber, ruhig und gutes Bett.

Cons:

Soweit ich das beurteilen Kann, ist die Bezeichnung Hotel etwas irreführend. ich habe keinen Speisesaal, Frühstücksraum oder eine Rezeption erkennen können. ich dachte ich buche einen Landgasthof. soweit ich es beurteilen kann, handelt es sich aber um die Vermietung von einzelnen Appartements.

Stylisch aber nicht durchgängig stylisch, ruhig, Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Cons:

Es war seeeeehr warm. Selbst als wir die Fußbodenheizung runter gestellz hatten, war es sehr warm. Fenster zum öffnen war nicht vorhanden.
Viel Staub, nicht sehr sauber, Mülleimer rostig und kaputt, Flecken an der Spüle und Wand. Keine Möglichkeit des Sichtschutzes. Entweder dunkel mit Jalousien runter oder auf dem Präsentierteller mit Jalousien hoch.

Chambre superbe, mais hôte non présent sur site. Dispo au téléphone.
Pros:

Il y a un bon restaurant Grec à 5 km en retournant vers l'autoroute. La chambre est sublime. Bien décoré et il y a un petit salon.
Si vous souhaitez le calme, c'est l'endroit idéal. A 4 km de la sortie de l'autoroute, Le bruit n'y arrive pas car le site est protégé par une colline.
La literie est très bonne. Attention, la couette est à l'allemande. Vous aurez une couette 1 place par personne réservé.

Cons:

Attention, ce n'est pas un Hôtel mais un AirBnB. En France l'établissement aurait une grosse amende pour avoir "Hôtel" dans son nom. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner. Le restaurant en dessous ferme très tôt (avant 20H).
Le départ avec un payement sur place ne peut pas être avant 8H/ 8H30.
L'isolation avec la chambre voisine est minimaliste. J'entendais mon voisin ronfler.
Le mail avec les informations est arrivé pendant mon voyage ==> Je ne le savais pas et il aurait fallut que je le récupère avant d'arriver sur place. (pas de réseau suffisant), et du coup pas le code Wifi non plus.
Pas de réseau téléphone dans la chambre, il faut sortir devant. Mais pas de 4G, ni de 5G.

Stylische Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Einrichtung war sehr modern und stylisch.
Das Frühstück stand morgens in einem Korb vor unserer Tür und war sehr lecker. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Wenn man Apartment A oder B mietet, sollte man sich gut kennen, da man in den jeweilen Wohnzimmern durch die Verbindungstür jedes Wort vom Nachbarn versteht. Das war für uns jedoch kein Problem, da wir mit einem befreundeten Paar unterwegs waren.
In den Schlafräumen war es aber sehr ruhig!
