in general - it's a nice place to stay even for a longer trip. I needed something for a night.
unfortunately for me, I've had some minor issues, but everything was solved very quickly. I'm afraid it just wasn't my day. the staff is very welcoming and friendly. tons of places to eat of have a coffee in a walk distance

Modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, hohe Sicherheit durch 24/7 Rezeption und Kameras.
Das Bett war bequem und das Badezimmer war super - ordentlich groß mit einer sehr großen und moderne Dusche.
Die Klimaanlage ist sehr schlecht platziert. Die pustet direkt auf dem Kopf während man schläft. Beim Bett ist die eine Seite quasi an der Wand, so das man ggf. über den Partner steigen muss, um aus dem Bett zu kommen.
Hinzu kommt das man im Erdgeschoss ist und auf eine Wand schaut. Für 2-3 Nächte absolut in Ordnung aber für mehr schon problematisch.

This hotel is one of the best hotels we stayed all over the world! It was sparkling clean our rooms were made every day and towels changed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and it was very quiet. The location was the best close to everything. The service was top and especially Samson the manager is a really amazing professional and person! So kind so helpful and polite. He even brough us a bday cake to celebrate my husbands bday. Thank you so much. Hopefully see you again soon:)

Отличное месторасположение, пешая доступность до всего. Огромный номер, чистота. Персонал всегда идет на встречу и крайне доброжелателен. В номере тишина и нет шума улицы.
Следует иметь ввиду, что это первый этаж без вида. Это просто ремарка. Мы это понимали и нам это НЕ доставило неудобств.
Отель находится в центре Еревана. Магазины, рестораны и все, что может понадобится рядом
Персонал приветливый. Очень чисто.
