Отличный отель в центре Еревана
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение, пешая доступность до всего. Огромный номер, чистота. Персонал всегда идет на встречу и крайне доброжелателен. В номере тишина и нет шума улицы.

Cons:

Следует иметь ввиду, что это первый этаж без вида. Это просто ремарка. Мы это понимали и нам это НЕ доставило неудобств.

Приятный район без суеты
Все близко
Хороший дизайн , большие симпатичные номера , вида особо нет - но куча кафе с верандами рядом , принадлежности для гигиены все есть

Cons:

В ванной, в нашем номере не было крючков для одежды их очень не хватает , и еще бы один торшер для ночного освещения и будет идеально )

Не вернусь
Pros:

Расположение прекрасное - до центра рукой подать. Удобный матрас и отличный горячий душ

Cons:

10 мая в Ереване было +26 градусов. В номере 26,5. Кондиционер в отеле работал только на режим обогрева. На охлаждение переключать отказались, т.к. «не положено, кондиционер центральный», а что в номере жара с открытыми окнами - всем плевать.
Телефон не работал.
Отель находится в полуподвальном помещении и окна выходят в упор к фундаменту соседнего дома. Ночью ужасно шумно с открытыми окнами. Закрыть их - задохнешься.
В 9 утра начал работу перфоратор с такой громкостью, что тряслись стены. Ресторан сверху начал работы. Нас не предупреждали о ремонте ни при бронировании, ни при заселении.
В качестве извинений разрешили остаться до 15:00 бесплатно при выезде.
Спасибо, но за ту цену, что я заплатила, я считаю, что этого недостаточно.
Разочарована и больше не вернусь.
Очень жаль, потому что кроме этих двух вещей мне все понравилось

Большой телевизор! Прекрасный душ! Это позитив !Дурацкое кресло и стул и столик все так тесно не эргономично!А из окна видна только стена! Орут с утра дикие дети и не возможно спать! Воды питьевой нет просто кошмар две маленьких бутылочки по 150! Элементарных фужеров даже нет чтобы выпить шампанское и вино! Это же не вокзал! Жуткое ковровое покрытие грязное липкое! Свой кухни нет и хорошо хоть кофеварка есть но только два чая и это просто смешно и тд никогда и никому не посоветую этот псевдо отель в подвале

Pros:

Perfect location in my opinion the best street to stay in Yerevan. Full of good restaurants and cafes. Staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean.
