Pros:

一打開寬敞的陽台就可以看見馬特洪峰！
客廳舒適，廚房有大冰箱和烤箱洗碗機，非常舒適
廁所有兩間，其中一間帶淋浴設備
早餐超級好吃！！！可以看見廚師們現烤可頌和麵包，其他品項也是現點現做，等候時間會稍微久一點，但非常值得！

Cons:

美中不足的是帶淋浴設備的浴室燈光昏暗、樓上閣樓的房間無對外窗，天窗窗簾也剛好壞掉無法開啟，非常悶熱！
建議一到房間後要立刻做各項檢查，不然設備的損壞會被要求賠償

اول ما دخلنا قالو لنا لو تركتو المطبخ غير نظيف سيتم تغريم
و ماعرف ليش يعني
المهم نفس الكلام صار عند الخروج قالت لي الموظفه لحظه اجيك على المطبخ :)

Great for skiers in winter. Think twice in summer.
Pros:

Good walkable location fr the train station, albeit hilly. Super clean and the free spa area is very nice.

Cons:

Small room, bed stuck between walls felt like a camper. If you’re two in the bed, one has to get over the other to step out. Ok for kids but not really for adults. Also no A/C and window only cracks open at the top. Room was crazy hot.

Magnifique hôtel rénové avec style. Petit déjeuner délicieux.
Pros:

Magnifique hotel restauré avec style. Tout est beau et l'ambiance est chaleureuse. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux.

Cons:

Hotel un peu écarté des balades principales (+20min de marche). Assez bruyant dans les chambres car on entend tous les bruits du couleur (porte d'entrée mal isolée)

Pros:

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Carina last week and had a fantastic experience. The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We loved the breakfast, which featured a variety of eggs, breads, nuts & oats, alongside excellent coffee. They were even thoughtful enough to provide gluten-free oats for my wife.
The view from our Matterhorn room with a balcony was absolutely breathtaking, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunrise. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great local tips and travel advice. The hotel is also conveniently close to the Zermatt train station. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Pas mal pour un hôtel situé à Zermatt, station chère et huppée.
Pros:

Petit balcon agréable. Grand lit confortable

Cons:

SDB toute riquiqui et peu de lumière au dessus du lavabo. Moquette au sol, dans un établissement recevant des skieurs l'hiver, avec de grosses chaussures ou après-ski, pas très hygiénique. Petit déjeuner correct, mais sans plus, il manque des fruits frais, de la pâte à tartiner et les oeufs coque cuits d'avance étaient durs.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstückbuffet. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Schöner Garten. Hatten auch absolutes Glück mit dem Wetter während dem Aufenthalt.

Magnifique endroit
Pros:

Super accueil d'Alessandrina. La déco et le style sont très cosy et les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander.
