It is new and reception staff is helpful.

Cons:

The cleaning staff are rude and lazy. They are all away from the hotel early afternoon and none of them offer help at 2:30pm.

Extremely nice place with great amenities
Pros:

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Bathrooms and dorms were very well maintained and cleanly. Spa area was very nice and professional.

Pros:

Nothing but good things to say. Staff are amazing, the shared dorms are spacious and comfortable, great privacy curtains. The sauna and steam room is a bonus. Scrambled eggs at breakfast too!!. Highly recommend this hotel which is in a great location.

Sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel, schönes großzügiges Zimmer- der Styl zieht sich durch. Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal- data waren wir nicht zum letzten Mal 😁

Cons:

Schade hatte es auf der Terrasse keinen Sonnenschirm. Es war zu heiß, ohne Schatten und wir konnten leider den großzügigen Outdoorbereich des Zimmers nicht nutzen.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Ferien in Zermatt
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel und extremst freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir sind mit Hund gereist und auch der hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und war willkommen. Danke für Eure Gastfreundschaft. Ich war selten in einem so gutem Hotel!

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, es war alles perfekt.

Sauberkeit

Cons:

Die Nasszelle wurde inkl. Dusche und WC wurde nachträglich ins Zimmer gesetzt und war erheblich zu klein.

Relativ kleine Zimmer, aber super clever eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstück und kleines Restaurant für den Abend. Spa Bereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad im Keller. Super nettes Personal, sehr flexibel und zuverlässig

Pros:

I would like to thank the entire hotel team, especially Xana and Kiara, for their attention, warm reception, and excellent accommodation. They were very helpful and made my experience in Zermatt much better, allowing me to rest and enjoy my stay. The hotel has excellent conditions, with a welcoming atmosphere and great comfort. I truly appreciated everything and will definitely recommend this hotel. In fact, I have already started recommending it. I hope to come back. Thank you ; )

Pros:

It was a fantastic hotel, the quality of the room was great and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately I think the design/execution of the shower was not optimal, as it only has a short curtain and the water spread all over the bathroom. They should install a glass wall or door to avoid that.

What does have a glass door is the bathroom itself. This is a current trend in hotels that I personally hate and find incredible tasteless/vulgar.
