Sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer sehr klein. Brunch könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön eimgerichtet, unser Zimmer war aber extrem klein.

Cons:

Das Bruchbuffet war sehr fein. Da es nicht so eine grosse Auswahl hat, wäre es schön, wenn es verschiedene Varianten gibt.

Disappointing for what we paid for (a lot of money).
Pros:

The view and the location were great - easy to get to and we had a nice view of the matterhorn from our balcony (we were staying in one of the penthouses). The staff was also friendly and welcoming upon arrival.

Cons:

We paid 1000 chf a night and for that amount I would expect:
Clean new sponge in the kitchen and not used
A coffee machine - not having to go downstairs and pay for a coffee from a machine
A bathrobe and no wardrobe to hang your clothes up
We used the spa multiple times and every time we went down there, there was no water (to drink) and dirty cups left around. There were also no extra towels in the spa / disgusting and unhygienic as you are only given one towel to cover yourself up and walk through the hotel with it
Breakfast was adequate - no choice of eggs (just hard boiled). The fruit juices were not fresh and there was not much "local variety".
Having travelled a lot I would say this hotel did not meet my expectations.

wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind alle sehr freundlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Idee, dass es Tee&Wasser für alle in der Lobby gibt.

Cons:

An der Unterkunft hat uns alles gefallen!

Stunning contemporary hotel with a wonderful atmosphere
Pros:

An absolutely perfect stay - this is a stunning little contemporary hotel with a wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and lovely facilities. I especially liked the food, which was wonderfully tasty and beautifully presented - it was the best food I had experienced in Zermatt so compliments to the chefs!

Steam room and sauna area was great too. Really close to the slopes.

I would 100% stay there again and recommend to all.

Das Penthouse-Apartment befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage, sämtliche Einrichtungen sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer bieten einen hohen Komfort. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst qualifiziert und stehen jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Verfügung - hervorragend.

Cons:

In Bezug auf das Frühstück bestehen einige Wünsche. Die Zimmer bieten einen hohen Komfort, jedoch die Aufteilung und Größe der Badezimmer lässt offene wünsche.
