Pros:

Das Penthouse-Apartment befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage, sämtliche Einrichtungen sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer bieten einen hohen Komfort. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst qualifiziert und stehen jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Verfügung - hervorragend.

Cons:

In Bezug auf das Frühstück bestehen einige Wünsche. Die Zimmer bieten einen hohen Komfort, jedoch die Aufteilung und Größe der Badezimmer lässt offene wünsche.

Cher comme tout à Zermatt mais ambiance sympa.
Pros:

La très grandes gentillesse du personnel d’accueil, les services pour les équipements de ski (séchage des chaussures, local ski, bagagerie pour skier complétement le dernier jour). Un meuble à tout faire bien conçu dans la chambre qui malgré sa petite taille (de la chambre) permet de ranger pas mal d'affaires. Le feu de cheminée dans le coin repos, donner un aspect chaleureux à la salle principale. Petit déjeuné correct. Accès à du thé bien chaud 24H/24h.

Cons:

Chambre petite (impossible de tourner autour du lit, salle de bain/wc très très petite difficile de manipuler les portes une fois qu'on est dedans. La distance entre la gare et l’hôtel (environ 15 minutes de marche mais avec les skis, les chaussures de skis, ... un taxi extrêmement couteux est quasi obligatoire)

The spa, lounge, and room are all clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

I would have liked to dine in as the food looked delicious, but the dinner would have cost almost as much as the room for the night.

The spa is pretty good, but I think it would really benefit from a hot soaking tub of some kind, and the intended flow of the space is a little unclear as someone who doesn't use spas very often.

Amazing views, staff, food and accommodations!!
Pros:

Beautiful accommodations and amazing views! Breakfast was wonderful, staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the heated floors in the bathrooms. We highly recommend staying here!

桑拿非常不错，开放时间是4pm到9pm。有干桑拿与蒸汽桑拿。床很舒服，房间很干净。整体来说性价比很高。有专门放滑雪板与雪鞋的房间（雪鞋还有独立的烘干系统）餐厅也非常不错

Schönes Hotel an guter Lage mit super Personal
Pros:

Extrem nettes Personal, schöne Ausstattung, gute Lage!

Cons:

Wir haben das kleinste Zimmer gebucht und wussten, was uns erwartet. Für Skiferien mit viel „Material und Kleidung“ wird es doch recht eng. Also falls man sich dieses Zimmer überlegt, würde ich empfehlen eventuell doch ein wenig mehr zu bezahlen für eines mit Balkon und mehr m2.
Auch wird es relativ feucht aufgrund der Badezimmer/Duschkabine und man muss gut Lüften. Alles in allem wars aber trotzdem gut :)

Hotel moderno con habitaciones pequeñas pero muy nuevas y completamente equipadas!
Pros:

El hotel es muy moderno. Éramos un grupo grande y reservamos 2 de los apartamentos y varias habitaciones dobles. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero están perfectamente equipadas, son modernas y están muy limpias. Las vistas al Matterhorn desde los apartamentos son espectaculares. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta los precios de Zermatt. El personal fue super antento y agradable.

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron en la planta de recepción era bastante ruidosa, pues oyes a la gente desayunando y subiendo y bajando las escaleras. El desayuno podría ser un poco más completo, considerando que la mayoría de la gente va a esquiar y necesita energía (sugerencia: tortilla, salchichas, judías).

Great budget option for Zermatt
Pros:

Beautiful, great restaurant, great spa, lovely staff

Cons:

My "basecamp" room was a nice bunk bed with blackout curtain - but that and there being only one window in the room of six bunks, and no way to control the temperature of the heating meant it was too warm and hard to get to sleep

Nice hotel. The dorms can be noisy.
Pros:

Purpose built high quality accommodation. Great staff

Cons:

The dormitory rules need to be spelled out to guests. People were taking phone calls in the middle of the night and not keeping phones on silent etc.
The room was also far too warm.

Just perfection
Pros:

the ambience was incredible!!! the decor was so funky and cool….it was just awesome being in the lobby space. The breakfast was outstanding, everything was so delicious/unique and the presentation was so cool. the waitress was extremely friendly! My room was also very comfortable with the edgy decor matching the lobby vibe!! Unique lighting, etc.

Cons:

Just the price, but I believe everything in that area is likely comparable to it.

Cons:

Penthouse Apartement Schlafzimmer im unteren Geschoss nicht durch Türe von den beiden Duschen/WC abgetrennt. Türe zwischen den beiden Duschen/WC ist eine Fehlüberlegung.
