Amazing stay at the heart of Zermatt
Pros:

It is run by a very nice family. The staff is also so nice. Mario at the reception was there to help as all the time. He is an excellent guy.

Pros:

The location is perfect: exactly in city centre, near all the main restaurants and equal distance to both main ski lifts (10-15 min walk). Amenities are great: warm ski room downstairs and the spa. Breakfast is modest, but generally OK. Also liked sparkling water dispenser in the lobby. Room was rather small, but clean and cosy.

Cons:

Breakfast lacks some hot food: no sausages/bacon/porridge or fried eggs. Room itself has no fridge, not even a kettle or a coffee machine (there's free tea/coffee at the reception though).

Hôtel très a gréable et très bien placé
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, le buffet du petit déjeuner, le spa superbe, le balcon de la chambre, les boissons chaudes à disposition dans le hall d'accueil, le calme de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Les WC dans la salle de douche ( on préfère des toilettes séparés) . il manquait une ou deux patères dans la chambre pour accrocher un manteau ou un peignoir. On aurait aimé avoir des tongs pour aller au spa .

Hotel mit allen Kriterien sehr zu empfehlen!!!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend,
Die Lage supergut, zentral, es gab jederzeit
Wasser, Tee, Kaffee
Die Spa Einrichtung sah toll aus, aber das Wetter war einfach zu schön, somit wollte ich dies nicht nutzen.
Komme sehr gerne wieder und kann das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

Ich habe absolut nichts vermisst.

お部屋からのロケーションは、あまり良くなかったですが、日本人橋から近く、マッターホルンを見上げるにはとても良い場所でした。

Cons:

キッチンにオーブンだけでなく、レンジがあると良かったです。あと、ラップも欲しかったです。

シャワールームは扉がなく、洗面所に水が飛び散り…正しい使い方が最後まで分からなかったです。

GREAT hotel! Friendly staff. Tasty, convenient breakfast. Amazing views!
Pros:

Great hotel! LOVED my stay even if it was only two nights. I got really lucky with a top floor room with a view of the Matterhorn - PERFECT! The staff were friendly and kind. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted kindly. Reception spent the time answering questions I had about hiking. Breakfast was GREAT! It was convenient in the early mornings (when nothing is open yet). Food was good, dining area was tidy & clean and staff were attentive and kind. I was happy with my room - it was clean, quiet (did not hear neighbours), comfortable and smelled great... everytime I walked back in from having been out, my room smelled nice! Wifi worked just fine. Thank you for an awesome, comfortable experience at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when I find myself back in Zermatt.

Cons:

The blackout curtains were hard to pull over to the side to cover the entire window & glass door. Not a big deal. I made it work.
