Otelinizde oda-kahvaltı konseptinde konaklama sağladık. Ancak kahvaltı servisinde yaşadığımız organizasyon sorunu nedeniyle bu mesajı paylaşma ihtiyacı duyduk. Tarafımıza kahvaltının saat 07:00 - 10:00 arasında hazır olacağı iletilmişti. Saat 07:30'da alana indiğimizde hiçbir hazırlık yoktu ve görevli personeli uyandırmak durumunda kaldık. Süremiz kısıtlı olduğu ve tabak kahvaltısı zamanında hazırlanamadığı için ücrete dahil olan bu hizmetten hiçbir şekilde faydalanamadan otelinizden ayrıldık. İşletmenizin hizmet kalitesini artırması ve misafir memnuniyetini kalıcı kılması adına, kahvaltı saatlerine uyum ve personel takibi gibi ufak tefek düzeltmelerin acilen yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz. Freundlichkeit auf der Durchreise
Pros:

Da ich nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort verbracht habe, ist mir besonders das freundliche Personal aufgefallen... Ich finde es schön, wenn man herzlich begrüßt wird. Das Zimmer war okay, ich hatte keine große Erwartungen, ich brauchte ein Bett und eine Dusche. Das Zimmer hatte Balkon, neben dem Hotel gab es eine Baustelle. Das Bett war gut, das Frühstück reichhaltig.

Katastrophe,
Unter der ist nach 10 s kein Wasser. Rezeption angerufen. Nachdem der Mitarbeiter gekommen und sich vergewissert, dass es wirklich kein Wasser gibt, gab es nach 10 Minuten wieder Wasser.
Toilettenschüssel nicht sauber. Reste vom Vorgänger.
Keine Seife in dem Seifenspender....
Hatte 100km mit dem Fahrrad hinter mir und es war schon spät, sonst wäre ich weitergefahren.
Schade an sich hätte, das Haus Potential.

Su soğuk basıncı yok odalar buz gibi isınma sadece bir güçsuz klima satlerce ısınmadı.
Su ısıtıcısı yoktu bir de çok kötü sanki içerde ruhlar dolaşıyordu hiç başka kimse misafir olarak yoktu.
