A localização e o fato de ser pé na areia foi excelente.

Tratativa diante de um possível mal entendido quanto a ida de um pet. Após a reserva, tive o cuidado de ligar um dia antes e tratar com alguém por telefone, pois levaríamos um cãozinho e precisaria saber se exitia alguma recomendação e tal. Chegando lá tive o desconforto de ser confrontado que eu não tinha reservado de forma correta. Faltou cuidado e um pouco mais de empatia diante de uma situação que seria muito simples de resolver. Ainda precisei negociar um quarto numa posição melhor, pois iam nos colocar num quarto na parte de trás do hotel, próximo de uma obra e no fim de um corredor. Depois conseguimos um quarto melhor.
