Pros:

Wir waren schon mehrfach im Hotel,.die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind recht groß und unser Hund ist ebenfalls immer willkommen. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend.

Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile, Parkplätze sind zwar gegenüber, aber gut zu erreichen. Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber gut, mit sehr gutem Kaffee. Man könnte gratis Fahrräder leihen, habe ich aber nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Cons:

Die Schallisolierung der Zimmer war nicht gut, hat mir leider eine sehr kurze letzte Nacht beschert.

Sehr großes und toll eingerichtetes Zimmer (inkl. Fernsehsessel, kleine Küchenzeile und Esstisch).
Die Lage war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!!!

Comfortable stay in a central location
Pros:

Good location for getting into town and the beer fest. Hotel is next to a bus station. Got a complimentary bike for cycling around town, what was a real bonus. Excellent breakfast. An eye for details.

Nice and spacious rooms but poor customer care and room service
Pros:

The room was big and spacious with a hob and mini fridge, also kitchen utensils ,plates , cups and cutlery
The breakfast was continental with great selection of teas and coffees

Cons:

The staff did not clean the room, make the beds or empty the room even once in 3 days. The reception desk was often unattended and had to wait around to ask questions . Nobody at nighttime either. It’s located in a long avenue far from the town, over 20 mins walk but there are a couple of regular buses to take you there. Barely one or two coffee shop and practically no restaurants around, and few there were closed for the festival season. No bar in the hotel either. Everything dead by 8 pm , we felt invisible there
