decent location to the gondola. apartment room was large and comfortbale. nice views. and nice staff

Great pool and sauna. Decent room, good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

TV in room tiny and never worked. Shower stall dated and somewhat broken but functional. A little far from the center.

Pros:

Чудесный отель, приехали сюда уже не первый раз. В комнатах тепло и чисто. Вкусный завтрак, отличное спа. Бесплатная парковка прямо возле отеля. Можно с животными, в этот раз даже без доплаты.

Очень плохой интернет.

Все не понравилось! Все грязно, подушки жёлтые и грязные, обои рваные висят , розетки вырванные и оголенные торчат , стены грязные все в пятнах , короче ужас! Как заходишь в гостиницу ,уже понятно что там сервис оставляет желать лучшего , видя стоящие ведра посредине холла, потому что потолок течёт. Семьям с детьми не советую эту гостиницу, даже на ночь .

Size of the room was okay.

Cons:

For a deluxe room we were quite shocket when the shower head fell over me while showering!!! Very low water pressure in the shower and not enough hot water. The hairdryer wasn't working! Overall very uncomfortable bathroom experience.

All staff were very attentive and accommodating. Location is great and the kitchen was good. Room was spacious.

Cons:

The bathroom needs renovation. The swimming pool was on the cold side for a SPA site.

Didn´t eat, but restaurant and lobby were ok.
