Please inform Days Inn Bridgend Cardiff if you will be arriving after 23:00 by the day of arrival, this is to assist the hotel with check-in procedures. If you wish to check-in early or check-out late, these services are available at the hotel at a charge of £15 individually, please contact Days Inn Bridgend Cardiff to request for this and pay for this at check-in with reception. When booking 6 rooms or more, the hotel reserves the right to contact you to pay a deposit of up to 50% of the booking to guarantee the booking for the hotel.

Good location. Was expecting full English not a box of cornflakes and a pann au chocolate. No where to sit apart from one wooden chair. No furniture just a big open space
Wrong way around. Pretty poor. Needs complete refit.

The room was fine
We were not told of parking fees, and the one breakfast we paid for was pathetic.
Good valve for money, comfortable room
The room was clean and tidy. The ladies at reception are very welcoming and friendly. It is right by the outlet stores, with a Wagamama's and other restaurants nearby.
Check in was easy. The bed was clean and comfy. The wifi connection was good.
There was no lift to take luggage, bags and laptop, so as a solo traveller it was tricky to carry everything while climbing stairs. The bedside lights did not work, so it was bright light or nothing. The décor was very basic and the bathroom looked tired. The surface that the television and tea facilities, which I needed to use to work was sticky and didn't easily wash off. The breakfast was very disappointing as it was a small box of prepacked food with UHT milk and water, nothing fresh, not even juice. I didn't bother to pick up the breakfast the second morning. I was promised a receipt for parking but never received it.
Cheap and cheerful. The hotel is in need of some redecorating but it was clean and spaciousness with a comfy bed. Friendly staff recommended a lovely country pub about 10 minutes walk away and I had a delicious meal.

Cracked sink , no plug on sink , rusty chips out of the bath, rusty marks around taps on bath .
Desk area with tv on was all sticky on the edges. No bedside plug sockets
Rundown hotel , with rust and mould in the bathroom. Paid for a breakfast, expecting a buffet, got cornflakes and a pastry in a box.
