You haven't added any extra beds.
Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs GBP 5 per day.
The bed was comfortable and the room very tidy. The staff were friendly.
I booked through Booking.com and it said free parking, but when I arrived, I was charged £20 for the 4 days I was there to park because I had booked through Booking. com and not directly through them. Then do not advertise as free parking on the Booking.com site.
Hotel staff were lovely. The rooms were clean well equipped.
No shower gel and funny smell in room 106
Amazing
Clean ,sort ,amazing
A cheap and cheerful stop off on the way back to the Ferry Terminal
The shower and the bed was comfortable
Stains on the bedding
Lack of towels
Lack of pillows
Door couldn't lock it properly inside
Net curtains/curtains looked out dated and grubby
Table outside bedroom window to close when people sat out there smoking was looking in our window at us.
Paying for car parking was ridiculous
Nothing
Excessively hot room. Opening a window just let in a lot of noise from the M4.
Good sized room, but poorly furnushed with just pne hard wooden chair, no drawers anywhere, just 5 coat hangars, bed sp close to the wall that you had to walk sideways to get into the left sode. Altogether a huge disappointment. Would never go back.
Angela on the reception os a star. Friendly , happy and very helpful. A real asset for the company
Very clean friendly staff
A little out the way
The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable I liked the fact we had extra pillows and endless tea and coffee facilities they also sold snacks too
The rooms were very sparse no chair and I had to pay for parking
Clean and comfortable.
Friendly staff.
Surprisingly quiet since it was on a service area nearby a busy motorway.
There was a charge for parking (£5 per night) which I was only made aware of after I’d made a non-refundable booking.
This was a charge which was hidden in small print so I was really most unhappy about this!
There was a public footpath around the back of the hotel and our room was ground floor and at the corner of the building. That meant that, on a few occasions, when we were sitting in our room people were walking past our window, invading our privacy. On one occasion some rowdy teenagers banged on the window and rattled the window, trying to open it. This was very disturbing and upsetting. In fairness to staff on duty, they did go outside to try and challenge the perpetrators but the boys had already run off.
If I stayed here again I would book directly with Days Inn as the car parking would have been waived. I would also request an upstairs room to have more privacy (away from the footpath).
Nice, quiet location. Similar, but better than Travelodge.
Being presented with an additional £30 payable bill on arrival for parking and my dog, when I was under the impression that I had already paid for both.
Not much to be excited about.
No air con (on the day of UK’s heat wave). Room was hot and stuffy - hotter than outside. Very very basic for the price.
Clean good value rooms
Was suprised that you are charging £5 per night for parking even for disabled customers .
£5. Parking fee
Great welcome, friendly staff. All good, thank you!
Having to pay for parking because I'd booked through a third party.
