Ik kreeg 17 mails (automatiache) - ook mails om te betalen en het geld te storten, ook al was het via creditkaart betaald. Voorafgaande vragen werd NIET beantwoord. Factuur via peppol was onmogelijk. 8 mails gezonden 0 antwoord. Zelfs niet na het inschakelen van Booking. De kluiscode wordt door hen ingesteld en is dus door u maar ook door het personeel bekend.... RaaR !
Dit is een bedrijf dat niet echt klantvriendelijk is.
Bij problemen of iets dat foutloopt zullen de achterliggende diensten u GEEN ENKELE hulp bieden.

Het bad was te klein, kranen lekte, verwarming in de wasruimte deed het niet. Ontbijt kon je eigenlijk geen ontbijt noemen.
