Pros:

The hotel is very good, the staff is very honest, the food is also good, the room is clean, the water and tea are hot and cold, but only cold, there is a television but it does not work.

Unprofessional
Cons:

We booked the hotel a night before our arrival to Nepal, but when we reached to Kathmandu, I received a message stating that they cancelled the booking, I was stunned as I was with my child, I tried to call them but they are not answering. It's really disappointing.
