Location is great, room was spacious, you can store you luggage in case needed
all the rest is... disappointing
my "superior" room was overlooking the busy street made of cobblestone, so each passing car in the night felt like a train passing by, with soundproof being close to none even with closed windows
Shower was full of mold and seems like nobody bothered to get rid of it for ages
Towels were thin and barely enough to dry oneself after shower
here and there, there were some random furniture bought from IKEA

I stayed on a Saturday night and there was some kind of club/bar next door that had loud music into the night which stopped me from sleeping

Comfortable bed, nice room, everything there that was needed (shampoo, soap, hairdryer, thick curtains) in a central location. There is no elevator but the stairs were so flat that it wasn't a problem notwithstanding my heavy luggage.
It was a bit loud until midnight on a Saturday but then many bars/clubs started to quiet down. I had no troubles sleeping after that but I assume it would've been a challenge if I wanted to sleep earlier. So, maybe bring along earplugs if you're on the more sensitive side.

The bathroom was spacious, clean, and had great water pressure. The hotel is in an easy-to-find location and I was able to sleep well at night.
The room was very small. There was a smell of something not really pleasant. There was loud construction happening in a nearby unit during the day, which made it hard to rest. The staff was okay, but not particularly warm or helpful.

There were only two keys what to use. It took time to pick and drop the keys if you wanted to drive in and out of parking.
