Staff was very friendly, location was great very near to the beach, rooms are simply decorated yet clean and funcional.

Great location, simple design yet funcional.

Cons:

Towel bar was broken, still should add some hooks for extra towels. Shower made a mess when in use as it only points to one direction, ideally it should be easily accommodated to face down as the shower area is very open with only a curtain . Also they advertise having a school of surf and skate surf , yoga etc but it doesnโ€™t work during the weekends. It seems to be something for the locals or people staying more than the weekend.

Las instalaciones, la arquitectura.
El desayuno increรญble.

Cons:

La playa parecรญa estar mรกs cerca, el hotel queda sobre una calle. Hay que caminar unas 3/4 cuadras hasta el mar. Parecรญa ser un complejo todo unido y estaba por partes.
Habรญa mucho ruido por la maรฑana habรญa un colegio / escuela al lado.

Cet hรดtel a taille humaine est un vรฉritable havre de paix. Les chambres supรฉrieure qui sont situรฉes derriรจre la piscine sont confortables ; la literie est excellente, choix dโ€™oreillers, produits dโ€™hygiรจne offerts et eau minรฉrale ร  volontรฉ. Le matin, vous assistez aux cours de natation de lโ€™รฉcole maternelle adjacente ร  lโ€™hรดtel. Vous avez un trรจs bon choix de petits dรฉjeuners copieux et excellents. Je vous conseille รฉgalement le restaurant le soir si vous nโ€™avez pas envie de bouger. En bref : une atmosphรจre reposante et sympathique dans un environnement extrรชmement calme et chill. Vous avez lโ€™รฉcole de surf Parallel ร  cรดtรฉ ; professionnel et sympathique, ainsi que des cours de fitness deux fois par semaine (en franรงais parfois).

Great surf spot
Pros:

Great spot for surfing on encuentro beach, about 5 mins walk from all of the surf schools. Nice restaurant and nice pool for relaxing around.

Great value, friendly service, definite destination!
Pros:

The staff was amazing. The food menu and the restaurant all around was great and had some of the best food in the area with consistent preparation quality.

Cons:

I was not aware if laundry service was on-site and misquotes were not able to be kept out as small ones still came through screens. Finally it was great they had water for drinking but it was a slight inconvenience to use the garbage can for toilet paper.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schรถnen Aufenthalt im El Encuentro Surf Lodge und haben unsere Zeit dort wirklich genossen.

Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gepflegt, sodass man sich direkt wohlfรผhlt. Besonders hervorheben mรถchten wir das Personal: Angelo und Carlos waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit โ€“ man merkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt fรผr uns persรถnlich war der Poolbereich. Da wir ohne Kinder gereist sind, war es teilweise etwas schwierig, den Pool zu nutzen, da sich viele Kinder dort aufgehalten haben und hรคufig Spielzeug im Wasser war. Dadurch war die Atmosphรคre fรผr uns nicht immer ganz so entspannt, wie wir es uns gewรผnscht hรคtten.

Unfassbar nettes Personal, super saubere Zimmer, ein riesiges Bett, eine sehr gepflegte, saubere und durchdachte Anlage, sehr nah am Strand, entspanntes Publikum, keine abgehobenen Leute, eine groรŸartige Hotelmanagerin ( Danke Dir nochmals fรผr das groรŸzรผgige Upgrade auf das Apartment ๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ’“) kostenloses Wasser, Kaffee & Tee 24/7
Am Abreisetag auch Late-Check-out ( Zimmer ) um 15.00 fรผr 30 Dollar mรถglich. Nutzung der Anlage sogar mit kostenlosem Depot fรผr das Gepรคck bis Abreise am Abend .
Es war ein unfassbar schรถner Aufenthalt......wir haben uns rundum wohl gefรผhlt
