Recently decorated, clean modern decor.

Cons:

Adjuster 'broken' on shower so couldn't adjust height of shower.
Continental breakfast choice poor.. Most places have fruit, yoghurt and pastries etc, but only cereal and toast available..

On arrival the manager asked us to pay a shortfall of 1 penny although we paid through Booking.com
Pros:

Room was clean and had all facilities needed. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets. We had a comfortable stay in the room.

Cons:

Breakfast was of very poor quality and was cold from where it had been left on the counter. It was supposed to be a buffet breakfast but if you wanted cereal or fruit etc. that would have been at an extra cost. On the 2nd morning of our stay we had our own food in the room as we couldn't face their breakfast. one decent thing was the coffee, it was filtered and very nice. Due to the food being so bad in the morning, we decided to eat elsewhere in the evenings. You had to have your own Sky account to access the WIFI which was very odd.

Pros:

Loads of parking, easy to drive into Windsor, clean, warm and comfortable, great food (dinner)

Cons:

We'd booked dinner beforehand but there was a bit of a wait while they cleared a table for us - however it was worth the wait so minor annoyance

Really difficult to amend the booking., between the premises and booking.com

Lovely overall visit , comfortable, clean and tidy .
Pros:

Lovely room , clean and comfortable. Food was good . Setting was lovely, close to where we were visiting. Good value, carvery and all you can eat breakfast was nice. Staff were lovely, especially the lady supervisor in morning

Cons:

Male member of staff told us breakfast was at 7 , we got up to find it was 8 . So as we were leaving early we had to wait . Staff knowledge was not up to date in this case .
