Easy parking and check in, very clean room, a quiet sleep and very handy for Legoland in the morning
Carvery was really good, breakfast good, beds comfortable, check in easy and staff really attentive
No light over mirrors to do make up
Great little hotel out the back of the Carvery. Had everything we needed for a short visit to Windsor for the Castle.
No AC but this is normal for a lot of places in England. If it wasn’t a heat wave at the time it wouldn’t have mattered.

Good sized bedroom and bathroom ,Great location near Windsor town centre ,which is a ten minute bus ride from outside the hotel which was handy

We had family within walking distance so The Toby suited us well. The room was comfy. It was hot but so was the weather. The fan helped. Nice to have the bar and restaurant downstairs. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.
It would have been nice to open the windows more as the weather was so hot but they had cables on them that we could not remove
It was very clean comfortable and location good bus service not bad bus stop right outside.

There was no air conditioning in rooms. During this extreme heat weather the rooms were unbearably hot even with an electric fan.
Very clean room, good location for where we needed to be. Breakfast was good, 7.99 all you can eat.
Very warm rooms, no air con. Staff on arrival were brilliant, staff in the evening came across quite rude. We felt rushed to leave.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The separate hotel entrance means you don't have to walk through the bar and restaurant area.
The shower door was broken and the toilet had no seat cover.
