A Most Enjoyable & Restful Stay
Pros:

I shared a twin room - It was clean & spacious. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay. We had dinner & breakfast, which was both delicious & good value for money 😋 Free onsite parking.

Cons:

Only thing.. we couldn’t get the TV going. We could have asked, but it wasn’t top priority for our stay.

We were greeted and booked in by a lovely professional young lady who explained everything we needed to know.

Cons:

The evening bar staff were complete opposite, definitely need training on new procedures as in the 2 4 1 deals, they hadn't a clue. We waited 50 mind for a starter only to be told it hadn't gone through to the kitchen waited another 15 mins , starter arrived then mains arrived before the starter was finished!
Breakfast choice was good but eggs and bacon were covered in old dirty fat not very appealing. The room was ok carpet very dated and worn overlooking roofs and pipes

Quite good, need to concentrate on detail. Room not the quietest.
Pros:

The young darkhaired lady that booked us in, gave a warm reception showed us around, to our room us in and also served us a couple of times was excellent.

The room was clean, tidy and spacious.

Cons:

Rm 6 right above the entrance. At just before 8am on SAT morning crashing and banging for 45 mins loading and unloading supplies.
Unable to supply names as none were name badges. Cant see the names on passes round neck.
We were shown to a table in the restaurant gave us out menus, left us for 10 - 15 mins returned when we asked for the roasts were told they were sold out. Should have been told that from the start, then had to wait another 10 mins to order. The wine we order was also out. Waitress was pleasant but not on the ball.
