We would definitely visit again in the future if we visit the area.
Pros:

Superb location for our Norfolk broads visit, comfortable well appointed room, great breakfast, lovely riverside garden.

Cons:

The room was very hot and although a fan was provided the window openings were restricted because of safety concerns. There was no air conditioning to compensate.

Friendly staff
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The shower room was down three steps from the bedroom which was not mentioned only that the room was up a tight flight of steps which I got help from staff with suitcases.

A lovely hotel if you want to explore the Norfolk broads.
Pros:

Located on the riverside, room was clean and would have been comfortable if we hadn’t had a heatwave! A fan was provided but didn’t really help much.
The breakfast was excellent.

Perfect location, excellent breakfast!
Pros:

Location is perfect for the broads. Friendly staff, lovely rooms, excellent breakfast. They also have a huge beer garden and an outside bar (with a big screen for watching the football). The rooms are comfortable and very clean with nice decorations and a spotless en-suite.

Cons:

It was a bit hot overnight (understandable given the heatwave!) but they provided fans which was fine, so not a complaint!

Helpful staff , nice big beer garden and a great location.
Pros:

Room was perfectly acceptable and clean

Cons:

I would have scored much higher had I been able to contact someone to get an invoice for my stay. I've emailed twice, phoned several times. The phone service is non-existent and just get a message saying there in nobody available to take your calll. I'm still no further forward. Please help.

Comfortable room but food was a disappointment.
Pros:

The beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean & had a nice big shower. Room was a little small but ok given the price. Breakfast wasn't huge but it tasted OK.

Cons:

WIFI wouldn't connect. We decided to have dinner there but when it was brought out the fish & peas were overcooked & the whole meal was cold. We sent it back & went & ate somewhere else.

Disappointing.
Pros:

The starting point for good walking alongside the River Bure.

Cons:

Proximity to a busy road meant noise early and late. Poor sound insulation between rooms and creaking floors meant disturbance in the night. No bedside reading lamps. Menu, mostly deep fried and ‘chips with everything’
