Pros:

Good intro to facilities upon check-in. Room good and very clean. Menu including gluten free options good. Prime location for Wroxham options.

Great hotel in wonderful location
Pros:

Location, friendly staff and great breakfast

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was not cleaned on the Sunday. I assume we could have requested it when we returned late afternoon but did not want the hassle of having to sit elsewhere whist it was cleaned

Very enjoyable. Lovely atmosphere. Would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Lovely room and lots of variety in the breakfast menu. The Christmas decorations in the bar area created a warm festive atmosphere and just a short journey upstairs to our rooms at the end of the night! Would definitely stay here again.

Location is excellent, walking distance to everywhere.
Pros:

The cooked breakfast was ok and good to be able to go off menu.
The staff were happy and helpful.

Cons:

The toast and pastries were uncovered and I often saw flies enjoying them, also the fresh fruit bowl was anything but fresh although this was changed on request.

Stressful start. But the central location of the pub was just right for the visits we were making
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff

Cons:

It wasn’t possible to access the room for an hour and a half when we arrive as no one could find a working key. Eventually a master was found but only one so if we left our room we had to locate the correct member of staff who was holding this to re enter. The next morning a key was available.
