Amazing stay!
Pros:

The location was ideal in city center. The owner/the person in charge was very attentive and helpful. She helped us with bus bookings and checked us in really early in the morning. Totally recommended 👌

Villa 29 liegt im Zentrum alle Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß erreichen.
Ausserdem liegt ein Supermarkt in der nähe das 24 Stunden offen ist.

Если вам тяжело поднять чемоданы на третий этаж, выбирайте отель с лифтом.

Cons:

Отель 3 этажа. нет лифта. чемоданы пришлось оставить на первом этаже.

Had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The location is excellent, with most places in the city within walking distance. The room is large, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast is decent, and the receptionist was a very nice and welcoming lady.

Cons:

There is no elevator, and there is no AC in the bedroom—only in the living room. This can be quite inconvenient, especially during the summer months.

Останавливались в Villa 29 во время поездки в Ереван и остались довольны. Удобное расположение: центр города, основные достопримечательности, кафе и рестораны находятся в пешей доступности. В номере было чисто, уютно и комфортно, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Персонал доброжелательный и внимательный.
Единственный нюанс — в здании нет лифта, поэтому подниматься с чемоданами на третий этаж было непросто. Это стоит учитывать гостям с тяжёлым багажом.

В остальном Villa 29 оставила приятное впечатление. Хороший вариант для проживания в центре Еревана!

Гостиница находится в центре города и это очень удобно,понравился персонал,приветливый и отзывчивый,номера чистые,полотенца и уборка делается регулярно.

L'hotel è in una via tranquilla, in una posizione comoda al centro e a tutti i servizi. La camera era pulitissima e gli spazi molto ampi. La colazione è variegata.
Janet, la signora alla reception, è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, si è prodigata in tutti i modi per aiutarmi con un disguido (non legato all'hotel).
Consiglio questo hotel!

Cons:

Non ha influenzato in alcun modo la godibilità del mio soggiorno, ma consiglio di comunicare sulla pagina delle informazioni il fatto che non è presente l'ascensore e che il pagamento va effettuato in contanti.
