Прекрасное место: останавливалась во многих отелях в Ереване, здесь, пожалуй, лучшее соотношение цены- качества, к тому же ,в самом центре города. Ночью тихо, комфортный матрас, отлично выспалась. Спасибо,, всех благ и процветания!

共和国広場から近くロケーションは抜群。オーナーの女性が親切。
Pros:

共和国広場に近くロケーションは良いです。ホテルは古いですが、部屋は広いし掃除もしっかりされています。朝食はボリュームもあって美味しいです。このお値段でしたら割安かと思います。オーナーの女性に何度も質問をしましたが、都度丁寧に答えてくれました。日本人が好きだとおっしゃっていました。

Cons:

設備が古いのとシャワー室が独立していなくて、シャワーを浴びるとトイレの床がびちゃびちゃになります。まあ、許容範囲かと思いますが…

Confortável, bem localizado, amplo!
Pros:

Os funcionários são prestativos, nos ajudaram sempre que precisamos. O quarto é praticamente um apartamento, bem amplo, parecia uma casa, bem confortável. É bem próximo do centro e fizemos tudo a pé.

Great place to stay for several nights
Pros:

Breakfast was incredible, room was extra clean, furniture is a bit worn out but because everything is very clean it does not bother, the staff was exceptionally friendly, room was quite spacious and comfortable, price/quality ratio is great!

Cons:

There was constant smell of smokes in the hall and inside room near entrance. It was a bit disturbing considering we were travelling with a 1y old child.
