Pros:

Реально очень большой номер: отдельные гостиная и спальня, коридор, большой санузел. Удобная постель, мягкие подушки. В гостиной был угловой диван. Очень внимательный персонал. Расположение в самом центре города.

Cons:

Очень однообразные завтраки. В моем санузле не было душевой кабины: вода просто выливалась на пол, что очень неудобно

Все понравилось. Близко к центру (5 минут пешком до площади), номер очень большой, чисто, удобная кровать. Прекрасные сотрудники, вкусный завтрак. Спасибо!

Pros:

De locatie viel redelijk mee. Wel is het lastig dat de accommodatie aan een doodlopende weg ligt, waardoor een taxi niet voor de deur kan stoppen. Met koffers moet je daardoor nog een stuk lopen, wat niet erg praktisch is.

Cons:

Het gebouw is sterk verouderd en staat vol met oude spullen die niet meer goed functioneren. De televisie werkte niet en in de badkamer bleef het water staan. Daarnaast waren er vieze beestjes aanwezig, wat de hygiëne niet ten goede kwam. Al met al was dit een teleurstellende ervaring en zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Номер супер чистый, светлый. Очень всё новое.
Pros:

Потрясающая локация, самый центр,при этом тихо.

Cons:

Нет лифта. Тащить чемодан на 3-й этаж по винтовой лестнице было тяжело.
Есть чайник, но нет чашек и нет ни чая, ни кофе.

letto comodo, stanza spaziosa, tutto nuovo e pulito. Buona colazione in stile caucasico: ottima la marmellata!

Cons:

la mancanza di un ascensore per chi ha problemi a camminare. Inoltre ho pagato per una suite privata con salottino e area bar/ristoro: in realtà era una ampia camera dotata di frigo e bollitore, senza kit di cortesia (caffè tè zucchero e almeno una bottiglia di acqua!). Nel complesso però il comfort generale della stanza era soddisfacente.

Только расположение. Из окна вид не какой.

Cons:

Жили на 3 этаже в люксе, в один из дней полностью закончилась вечером горячая и холодная вода, пришли посмотрели и не чего не сделали, на улице +30С. Завтраки просто ужасные, мало и не вкусные. На верхний этаж подниматься не удобно.

Petit hôtel très bien placé à 5 mn à pied de la place de la République dans une ruelle où il est possible de se garer gratuitement. On accède aux chambres par un escalier (il y a 3 étages). Pour ce séjour, nous avons eu une très grande chambre au dernier étage, avec salon (équipée d'un frigo et d'une bouilloire, d'assiettes, tasses, verres et couverts). Par contre, il y a des fenêtres sur deux côtés de la pièce sans rideau occultant. Le jour se lève plus tôt qu'en France....
Bon accueil.

Cons:

Pas de lampe de chevet comme souvent en Arménie.

Достойный отель за адекватную стоимость
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение отеля в центре города и в тихом спокойном месте. До всех основных достопримечптельностей можно добраться неспеша пешком. Рядом отличные кафе и рестораны - на любой вкус и кошелёк. Есть большой супермаркет с хорошим выбором продуктов и небольшие овощныемагазинчикиы, где можно купить сезонные фрукты. Завтраки в отеле неплохие и в удобное время.
Номер люкс понравился, он оборудован всём необходимым: телевизор, кондиционер, wi-fi.
Нам всё понравилось, соотношение комфорт- цена устроило

Разнообразить завтраки. Нет кофе-машины, растворимый кофе не употребляю
