Отличное местоположение. Чисто.. горячая вода. Завтраки сделают в то время как удобно. Гостеприимный и вежливый персонал.
Номер очень чистый. Белье и полотенца белоснежные. Есть одноразовые тапочки. Новый кондиционер работал бесшумно. Вай фай шустрый. Завтрак сытный: йогурт, сыр, колбаса, масло, лаваш, джем, выпечка. По желанию пожарят яичницу или сделают омлет.
На завтраке хотелось бы кофе не растворимый, а из кофемашины. И добавить на завтрак овощи и фрукты. Заявленная цена была 23000 армянских драм. Это 4949 российских рублей, но с меня взяли 5300 российских рублей, объяснив это сменой курса! Это было неприятным сюрпризом. Чек никто не дал. Будьте внимательны!
Very friendly staff and well located guesthouse.

The location is Ideal for seeing the main sights of Erevan on foot. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was datisfating and top option was the home made marmalade.
The staff was no helpful and polite. They never asked us about our stay or our trip. The last but not least they hardly said good morning or bye. The breakfast begins too late . The last day we asked earlier breakfast at 15 to 8 because we had to leave and they refused. The only exception was Zana who ofered a place to rest and coffee when we arrived early in the morning.
Great location just minutes away from everything you need. Nice breakfast. Rooms got A/C.
Hotel is a bit old and need refurbishment. No lift so carrying luggage to the third floor can be tough. Bed wasn't no so comfy.

Отель мне очень понравился. Единственное надо без лифта на 4 этаж с чемоданом. Но в остальном все отлично. Приветливый персонал, вкусный сытый завтрак, удачное расположение. Всем довольна.

Práctico, bien ubicado. A 7 minutos caminando de la plaza de la República. La señora de recepción muy amable y servicial.
No tiene ascensor, pero pude dejar la maleta grande en la planta baja y subir solo lo necesario.
Location and cleanness.
The breakfast is bad. No variety.
Also, our room was in 3rd floor and we had to climb long stairs always.
