Une pension simple mais suffisante pour se reposer et déambuler en plein centre de Erevan.
Pros:

Pas un hôtel mais une pension, ce qui n'empêche pas : situation en plein centre, le calme la nuit, logement très spacieux et propre, les gens de la maison, adorables et très serviables, et dont la dame principale parle anglais. Wifi (quoique faiblard), lit de 2 mètres de large, un frigo (pas de micro-ondes) et un peu de vaisselle. Petit déjeuner inclus (avec thé ou café soluble).

Cons:

Remarques pour possibles améliorations : mettre des interrupteurs va-et-vient dans les 2 grandes pièces. Prévoir un micro-onde, une petite table avec 2 chaises (il y a 2 canapés simples + un siège assorti et une table basse), et une vraie lampe de chevet. L'eau chaude peut mettre très longtemps à arriver. La maison n'est pas haute (peut-être 2 étages au maximum ?), ce qui explique qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur.

отель, если его можно так назвать, постоялый дом прошлого века. с/у в плачевном состоянии, в некоторых номерах душ просто без душевой, без поддона. в номерах керамогранит на полу. мебель старая, кроме матрасов.

Nice place. Easy fixes such as new mattress and noise isolation on the door would make it better.
Pros:

The best part of this stay was a lady at a reception - super friendly, always there (even in the middle of the night) ready to help. The room itself was very spacious, consisting of two parts - sleeping and living. Heating worked well and was not done via air-conditioners as in some other places in Yerevan, but rather via usual radiators. Everything was perfectly clean. The location is great - close to the Republic Square, stores, restaurant etc.

Cons:

I did not like the mattress (cheapest of the cheap with a center sag) - it gave me a serious back pain. The room was not sound proof. Although everyone tried to be quiet, I could hear almost every word at a reception. There is also a garbage track coming at about 4am and making a lot of noise right under the windows. As far as breakfast is concerned, I would prefer it earlier and to have a buffet style. I could not eat many things served on my plate because of dietary restrictions and this food is wasted.
