Cons:

Lo staff non parla bene l'inglese, la comunicazione è limitata. Ci siamo fermati 2 notti, la prima mattina ci hanno portato la colazione ma non ce l'hanno mai portata via, e non ci hanno sistemato la camera. L'ultima mattina abbiamo avvisato che ce ne saremmo andati via presto verso le 6:00. Arrivati all'entrata non c'era nessuno e la porta era chiusa, siamo rimasti chiusi dentro per 10 minuti per poi trovare un modo poco ortodosso per uscire.

HORRIBLE... STAY AWAY!
Pros:

The room stunk of smoke. Breakfast was horrible. The pool was constantly used by guys with their escorts.

Cons:

The room, cleanliness, a lot could have been better. It was legit a horrible experience.

Отличный персонал, очень атмосферный отель
Бесплатный бассейн, сауна вышла 10000 драм в час. Номера очень просторные, хорошая кровать
В номере есть джакузи, кондиционер, холодильник, всё работает, всегда есть горячая вода. Быстрый интернет
Не смотря на то, что отель не в центре, рядом есть аквапарк, ботанический сад и зоопарк

Если едете компанией, то это отличное место, рекомендую

Здание отлично просто нужны умелы ручки и хороший менеджер

Очень дружелюбный персонал. Но большинство говорят только на армянском

Это далеко не 4 звезды!!!!!
Давно пора делать ремонт.
В таком отеле персонал максимум 4 человека.
Расположение отеля просто ужасное.
1. Далеко от центра.
2. С одной стороны скала со второй проспект без возможности перехода и бешеными водителями!!!
3. Тут в отзывах ( в основном из Армении) говорят про прекрасный завтрак - вопрос зачем врать? Нет ничего подобного что на фото. Завтрак - это 2 яйца, 1 сосиска(причем не вкусная) и чай без сахара хлеб и сметана.
4. Ванна с джакузи!!!! Да она не работает (лично в моем номере сломан клапан)
