Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Posizione strategica per visitare Venezia. Alloggio con parcheggio privato a due passi dal ristorante/pizzeria gestito dai proprietari e dalla tabaccheria dove è possibile acquistare i biglietti per i mezzi pubblici (autobus e traghetti). La fermata dell'autobus si trova proprio davanti alla struttura. I proprietari e i dipendenti sono tutti molto accoglienti, cordiali e gentili. Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento nuovo, giardino vivibile e ben curato con parcheggio auto interno. Host davvero gentili e disponibili. Comodità per mezzi pubblici. Ottimo ristorante pizzeria.

Cons:

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The apartment was simple, clean, and very cozy — perfect for a family trip.

The hostess was extremely kind and helpful, giving us useful tips, including how to get to Venice by bus, which was very easy from this location.

Breakfast was included and served in a small family-run Italian restaurant nearby. Everything was fresh and delicious, and both the hosts and the restaurant staff created such a warm, friendly atmosphere.

We felt very welcome and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Mini appartamento nuovo, molto confortevole,presenti microonde.. Mini frigo.. ottimo per 4 persone... Tutto molto pulito. Abbiamo avuto modo di cenare al loro ristorante, tutto molto buono, cotoletta di pollo fresco e no la solita cotoletta surgelata già pronta. Prezzi forse un pò altini. Colazione buona nel contesto ma manca qualcosa di dolce in più tipo dei cornetti... Personale molto gentile e cortese. La signora Nella molto disponibile in tutto. Nel contesto ottima scelta del posto.

Very kind host, good beds and breakfast. Great location.
Pros:

Good communication with the owner. Cozy, warm and clean accommodation. Good breakfast. The location of the accommodation is very good - just a few minutes from the bus lines that take you to the historic center of Venice in 10 minutes.

Secure, clean, comfortable apartment with A/C, kitchenette & loft for us & our 2 grandkids--great!
Pros:

Chris was a helpful & friendly host. He gave us a map & great instructions on how to catch the very nearby bus into Venice (convenient!) The sit-down breakfast at their cafe was truly delicious & more substantial than other B & B's where we stayed during our trip. Free & secure parking was a great bonus. Highly recommend!!
