The staff were incredibly welcoming and nice and their english quite good. We arrived very early in the morning (around 7.30am) and just asked to leave our luggage in the lobby but they invited us to join for breakfast free of charge.
The bathroom had a good size, especially the shower and the sink had lots of space for makeup to put down. The breakfast was simple but nice, lots of local classics like apricot jam and stuffed pastries.
The location is great, you can walk practically everywhere in the city center within 10-20min.

Cons:

Bedding and sheets are clean, just beware that the bed is quite small for two people, especially when one person is a bit bigger. Our bed was about 140cm wide. The mattress is very soft, in case that makes your back hurt.
If you're a coffee snob, the breakfast coffee might not be for you. They offer slightly burned filter coffee and instant coffee. But there are plenty good coffee shops around the hotel and city center, so you can also opt for that.

Приятный отзывчивый и очень приветливый персонал, помогли сориентироваться, проконсультировали где можно насладится тем или иным блюдом, гостеприимны на 100%
Удобное расположение отеля, номер чистый, в приятных цветовых тонах, системы вентиляции создает комфортную температуру, шумоизоляция присутствует. Так же приготовили восхитительный завтрак, сладкое/соленое на выбор. Всем советую к посещению

Pros:

Чистый уютный небольшой номер, есть все необходимое! Ночью уезжала в аэропорт, накануне попросила сделать мне ланч бокс, сделали, все было вкусно. Отзывчивые сотрудники, вкусные завтраки . Отличное расположение к площади республики и другим достопримечательным местам. Много рядом обменников банков и магазинов, куча ресторанов и кафе.

Struttura strategica vicino a supermarket dove all'interno è possibile fare il cambio denaro, ristoranti e negozi vari. Colazione sufficiente sia inglese che italiana, della serie ci sono le torte, pane tostato con burro e marmellata, puncake,yogurt, caffè americano, latte, succo di melograno, pesca; se pensate di mangiare di più nelle vostre colazioni a casa vostra non fà per voi 😀. Da aeroporto se non desiderate prendere taxi o uber bus 201 con 2 euro a testa e 20minuti di percorso fermata davanti a Moschea blu si visita gratuitamente, a 800 metri trovate hotel, n.b. prima di uscire da aeroporto cambiate 10/20 euro per pagare bus o taxi sul bus e sul taxi non ho trovato pagamento con carta. Nella capitale potete prenotare i vari tour non c'è bisogno di prenotare online. Lingua inglese molto comoda la parlano quasi tutti. Supermercati aperti sino alle ore 02.00 di notte in alcuni casi 24/24 ore. Godetevi la capitale e dintorni.

A good day and night in Yerevan
Pros:

The property is in a good place close to republic square and the city centre.
