Pros:

Очень доброжелательный хозяин, встретил нас в 9 утра, помог поднять чемоданы. В номере на втором этаже есть балкон. Расположение отличное, рядом есть таверна (уточните расположение у хозяина), где готовят очень вкусный шашлык. Вся посуда и столовые приборы у администратора внизу, не бойтесь спрашивать. Вид на Арарат!

Cons:

Номер меньше, чем показалось на фотографии, для двоих было не совсем удобно.

Pros:

Расположение прекрасное — в двух шагах есть место, где в ясную погоду видно Арарат (за музеем Параджанова). Чистота, шустрый интернет в номере. Доброжелательные хозяева.

Cons:

Старый кондиционер, громко трещал и начинал капать через пять минут после включения. Пробка на Пароняна.

Acceptable
Pros:

Excellent location and very comfortable room. The room was also very clean.

Cons:

The bathroom was not great. There was a water drainage issue in the shower resulting in a small "pond" of water creating each time one takes a shower which took some time to drain.
Also the staff were not friendly at all..

Good value for money
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable
And we can see Ararat from the balcony - how about that?!
But the best thing was that we arrived at 6am and were given a room for a small additional fee, so we can catch up with sleep after red-eye flight and morning walk through Yerevan
Hotel is just next to Kondo district and plenty of shops / food places hundred meters away (don't miss fruit shopping at the corner of Paronyan street, just after bakery)

Cons:

Pillows were too big - if I have to complain ;)

Тесно, пол постоянно в пыли, отсутствует уборка. В ванной восточного льется вода из душа и мокро на полу. В номере тольк

Локация отличная! Пешком все близко в центре расположение. Балкончик прекрасный вид на Арарат.

Cons:

Номера старые и грязные. Тесно , у нас был двухместный , но очень тесно, кровать конечно не двухместная. Много лишней старой мебели, по сути обновить убрать лишнее, покрасить обновить стены и СУ и будет намного комфортнее там останавливаться.

Exceptional hotel for short stay
Pros:

The location is one of the hotel's biggest advantages. Republic Square is only about a 15-minute walk away, and many of the city's best restaurants are even closer. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, which makes nights peaceful and relaxing.

The room fully matched the photos. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant smell. As a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a two-room apartment with a balcony for a price that would be considered incredibly low by European standards.

I would also like to highlight the flat-screen TV and TV box, which are not always available in hotels of this category and made the stay even more comfortable.

Finally, the host was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to other travelers visiting Yerevan.

Прекрасное расположение, приветливый хозяин и персонал.

Cons:

Чувствуется, что курили в номере, запах вьелся в мебель. Ремонт и мебель пожилые и потертые. Можно добавить доп одеяло, было прохладно.

Очень старый ремонт. Телевизор не настроен. И крутые ступеньки, для кого-то это может стать проблемой.

Терпимо для пережидания перед перелетом! Но для полноценного сна нужно заменить матрац на новый!
