Pros:

They let me park in front of the building, they understand a little bit of english

Cons:

The room was noisy. The bathroom wasnt clean enough (the curtain had black stains all over it).
My bed was hard.

Nice staff, okay location, small hotel.

Cons:

Several bad points - The drains were blocked in the bathroom and the water took ages going down. Small and dingy bathroom. The owners I believe play sound out loud on their phones late at night and we can hear it in the room upstairs! Very annoying. Please don’t do that. Rooms are quite old. Also old mattress. Not the best value for money.

Удобное расположение для посещения музея Сергея Параджанова.

Cons:

В душе старое оборудование, нет крючка для полотенца, не удобно при приеме душа. Мебель старая, но кровать удобная.
Окна выходят на дорогу все время шум.

Удобное расположение, чистая комната, кондиционер работает.

Cons:

Очень неудобная ванная - негде расположить полотенца, принадлежности. И впервые столкнулись с тем, что когда попросили оставить вещи после того как выехали из номера, чтобы не таскаться с ними по городу, нам сказали, что эта услуга платная. Зашли в ближайшее кафе, там наши вещи без проблем оставили.

Verwacht geen luxe maar wel een ruime kamer en fijne locatie heel dichtbij het centrum
Pros:

Een hele ruime kamer, wel gedateerd maar hoort ook wel een beetje bij het pand en het land vind ik.
Altijd iemand aanwezig.
Locatie is hartstikke centraal.

Cons:

Wel aangegeven op de site maar toch vervelend vind ik om je overnachtingen cash af te rekenen.
Gelukkig toch opgelost.
De metalen springveren in het matras waren nauwelijks te ontwijken bij het in bed liggen.

Очень доброжелательный хозяин, встретил нас в 9 утра, помог поднять чемоданы. В номере на втором этаже есть балкон. Расположение отличное, рядом есть таверна (уточните расположение у хозяина), где готовят очень вкусный шашлык. Вся посуда и столовые приборы у администратора внизу, не бойтесь спрашивать. Вид на Арарат!

Cons:

Номер меньше, чем показалось на фотографии, для двоих было не совсем удобно.

Pros:

Расположение прекрасное — в двух шагах есть место, где в ясную погоду видно Арарат (за музеем Параджанова). Чистота, шустрый интернет в номере. Доброжелательные хозяева.

Cons:

Старый кондиционер, громко трещал и начинал капать через пять минут после включения. Пробка на Пароняна.

Acceptable
Pros:

Excellent location and very comfortable room. The room was also very clean.

Cons:

The bathroom was not great. There was a water drainage issue in the shower resulting in a small "pond" of water creating each time one takes a shower which took some time to drain.
Also the staff were not friendly at all..

Good value for money
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable
And we can see Ararat from the balcony - how about that?!
But the best thing was that we arrived at 6am and were given a room for a small additional fee, so we can catch up with sleep after red-eye flight and morning walk through Yerevan
Hotel is just next to Kondo district and plenty of shops / food places hundred meters away (don't miss fruit shopping at the corner of Paronyan street, just after bakery)

Cons:

Pillows were too big - if I have to complain ;)
