Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno a budget
Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, posizione molto vicina al centro (rilassante passeggiata di circa dieci/quindici minuti per raggiungere il centro dall'hotel), personale disponibile, possibilità di organizzare tour - con il personale dell'hotel - nelle mete storiche non molto distanti da Yerevan.

最低最悪絶対やめとけ！

立地

Cons:

排水口が詰まっていて不衛生。シャワー浴びたくない。
3泊したが、タオル、トイレットペーパーの交換なし。ベットメイクもなし。
タオルは１種類で質が悪い。これをどうやって３日間使えと言うのか？

Небольшой семейный отель. Рядом с историей частью Еревана. Хозяева очень радушные. Без проблем нашли место на парковке.

Cons:

Не было полотенец для ног.

Pros:

My stay at the Manand Hotel went very well and I really appreciated how the staff took care of my needs. I stayed in a quite big room which was nice.

Cons:

The equipment is a bit out of date but still serves well.

Spacious room (super big).
Refrigerator.
Sofa.

Cons:

The room wasn't really warm. We couldnt control the temperature. The shower is big but noisy and cold. The water is hot but the bathroom was cold itself. They dont clean your room daily. They didnt clean my room for 6 days.

Not great, not bad, somewhere in the middle
Pros:

The location is good, it is close to to city center, easy to reach everything by walk. For one person the room (3rd room on 2nd floor) was big enough, it had a balcony too. The owner is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The place is so noisy, there is a heavy traffic, but I could sleep well at night. Walls are dirty, furniture is so old, it was poorly equipped, the whole room is so worn out. The bathroom was the same, there was not even a shower curtain, so after taking shower everything is wet and slippery. There are broken tiles, lamp out of it's place, old mattress. These are the things I noticed. This place is good for one night, especially if you don't have high expectations. Issues can be easily solved with a little maintenance, like painting the walls or putting the lamp back to it's place. Maybe the ratings and feedbacks on Booking will help them to realize the problems in their hotel and they will do something.
