L'albergo è nuovo, la camera molto ampia e pulita.

Non ho usufruito di alcun servizio, quindi, non potrei dire nulla su questo punto.
Si trova a circa 20 minuti di taxi (o yandex o GG) dal centro della città avevo già visto sulla mappa, però a qualche metro di distanza potrete trovare un market aperto H24 per qualsiasi vostra necessità.

Indifferent staff. They did not clean my room during the 6 day stay (I asked them to clean only once midway. They promised but did not carry on with their promise).
Very loud mini bar (I switched it off).
People smoked in the lobby with the doors shut and the air conditioning switched on.
Weak WiFi and sometimes the net does not connect at all for a few minutes.
They praise their so-called restaurant which is a kitchen where they make meals (it is not officially a restaurant. There is no sign showing it as a restaurant and nobody ever came from outside the hotel to dine there as I clearly saw from the empty parking area next to the kitchen).
Previous guests warned they paid a hefty 40 Euros (in local currency) per person for a mediocre breakfast which is probably true as they didn't announce the cost of breakfast but only encouraged guests to eat it (I avoided and never ate anything there).

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked two large rooms with double beds and sofas so we could sleep separately, as we were traveling as colleagues. Upon arrival, they falsely claimed we had booked one big room with two beds, despite me showing the booking confirmation for two rooms. After hours of arguing, we were eventually given two rooms—one of which was much smaller than booked. No compensation, discount, or even free breakfast was offered. The hotel has no room service, the cleanliness is unacceptable for a 4-star, and the location is far from everything on a poorly maintained street. Avoid.

Super clean, super friendly staff, not that far from the centre by taxi (15 min tops). They clean the rooms on a daily basis!!!
