Zurich was nice, hotel was good except these few disappointment moments
Pros:

SPA was excellent , but it was not a hotel`s facility. You have to pay separately for the SPA. Hotel`s lobby was beautiful, breakfast was very good, location was good- 20 min walking to the center but there is a tram line , which takes you to the center in 10 min.

Cons:

1. The view from the room was to Zurich city but with the big metallic bars, so it was hard to see anything. 2. Since the SPA was separate unit from the hotel you need to take the towel from the hotel when you use the SPA. Hotel staff did not tell us this so we had to rent towels from the SPA. Although they can charge you for the towels through the system on the hotel rooms bill.

A hotel with a pleasant atmosphere that we would be happy to return to.
Pros:

A very pleasant hotel with a very helpful staff. It is close to the Jewish quarter, so the synagogue and kosher restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel does not have air conditioning, but even though we visited at the end of July, the ventilation system created an air-conditioned feel, and the rooms were very comfortable.
