Pros:

Атмосферный стильный отель с огромным спа (за дополнительную плату) с римскими банями и несколькими бассейнами внутри и снаружи с разными джакуззи. Хороший завтрак, бесплатный ежедневно пополняемый минибар с напитками и чипсами. Отличное белье, халаты и кровать!

Cons:

В некоторых номерах исторические решетки на окнах. Двери ужасно хлопают, поэтому если кто-то приходит или уходит ночью - просыпается весь коридор!!!
Горничные утром могут вообще не прийти на уборку.
Отель расположен довольно далеко от центра и в горку.

Lovely visit
Pros:

We loved the library room. Service was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I still think about the beautiful breakfast. The spa was so fun with the kids.

Great option in Zurich
Pros:

Went for a two night stay with my husband. It is a little out of the way to main attractions but in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to airport and transit to everywhere you need to go. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (the nicest of any place we stayed in Switzerland) and breakfast was excellent. We found the spa atmosphere weird - there are a lot of young couples that have probably been dating for about two months and are all over each other. It made us feel uncomfortable but maybe others wouldn't mind this. Clean room and very quiet.
