Comfortable hotel in Zurich with access to great spa
Pros:

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The reception team are brilliant - super friendly and helpful. It is handy that guests get a discount at the spa next door. The spa is definitely worth checking out with its amazing rooftop infinity pool and loads of things like steam rooms, pools, and a rainforest shower.

Cons:

Not a minus but worth noting: the hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the centre, Opera Theatre, and the lake.

Pros:

Ce qui nous a le plus marqué, c'est la prise en charge professionnelle et aimable du début du processus d'enregistrement jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour. Le B2 comme les bains Hürlimann. C'était pratique, agréable, confortable, touchant, même ! Bravo à toutes et tous. Continuez dans cet état d'esprit !!

Quarto grande e confortável. Atendimento espetacular! Limpeza nota 10! Café da manhã bom. A atendente Irina muitos simpática e eficiente! Eles realmente mimam os hóspedes.! Recomento e voltaria!

O ar-condicionado não funcionou adequadamente. Disseram que nessa época (primavera), o ar-condicionado fica programado apenas para manter a temperatura ambiente e caso quiséssemos mais frio, deveríamos abrir as janelas, pois ele manteria a temperatura externa. De fato, na fez calor nem foi algo que desabonou a nossa experiência. Mas achamos estranho

Everything I look for in a hotel
Pros:

We had a three night stay in Zurich before traveling on to Lake Como for a wedding. Chose the B-2 for the spa experience. That was wonderful but so was the entire stay. Nice restaurant, sitting areas and rooms plus the staff was top-notch. I had a basic room so it was small but very comfortable. And quiet! Nice location within walking distance of downtown. I would definitely return!!
