Super comfy bed....great shower
Didnt offer a TV with ability to Cast or Netflix prime etc
Room very good for a 3-3.5 star hotel. A good bed. One armchair (standard room). An excellent shower room. A calm and peaceful hotel and location.
Large comfortable rooms. Great restaurant precinct adjacent to the hotel and easily accessible for guests.
I love traditional, heritage-y buildings, so staying in a place that honours this was a treat. The place had all modern facilities and also a SPA (which sadly was closed for public holiday), however reception was more than happy to recommend other locations.
I think the cleaning could be performed more diligently in those hard to reach nooks and crannies like behind bed. The redundant ceiling fan/grill needed some TLC too.
Everything. Beautiful historical building. Comfortable room. Very pleasant reception staff.
Nothing.
The beds were big and comfortable
Shaved hair not cleaned up from the bathroom, so much hair in the bed too that it made us question if the bedding had been changed. No lift, not accessible friendly so be prepared to haul your luggage up tight staircases. Pool is in the sister hotel, no pool there. Travelling through Australia, first bad review given. I wouldn't say it was a great hotel.
The property was clean and had an old world feel
Nothing
Size of the room and comfortable bed

Great place to stay.
Relaxing
It was close to Parliament house and a bit of all style ambience about it
I have a disability and I was unaware there were steps to the room. The building does not have lifts.
Good value
Inadequate lighting, no full length mirror
The room was spacious with comfy bed. Large bathroom. I like the coffee machine and newspaper in the lounge area. Great parking. Great gym.
