Nil.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, we were always greeted with a genuine smile. The atmosphere was warming from the minute we stepped into the hotel. We stayed 3 nights and each day we came back from visiting family our room had been attended to with clean towels, empty bins, made beds and tea and coffee topped up. The location was in walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and the lake.
There was nothing negative about our stay.
The location combined with price-point never fails to impress. One thing which made for a great stay was the gentleman on reception (Binarja) who went above and beyond in making our stay. he provided engagement and a level of customer service all too rare these days.
Should he start his own hotel chain we will surely follow.
Nothing of note.
Location, large rooms, price
Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff.
