Great place for what you pay
Pros:

In a great place out of the centre but an easy tram ride in. Quiet and very close to beautiful Werdinsel green space where you can swim in the river.
The room is good size and very comfortable. Everything is clean. Yes, you have to share bathroom and you can hear people in other rooms, but this place is a similar price to a hostel with shared bedrooms, and this is so much better. Really good value for money.
I can't wait to come and stay here again.

Sauber, praktisch, gut angebunden
Pros:

Lage ganz nah bei Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle, gute Anbindung, nur wenige Stationen ins Zentrum. Gastronomen in fussläufiger Entfernung.

Cons:

Es gab einen Wasserkocher in der gut ausgestatteten Küche, jedoch fehlte der Adapter von EU-Stecker auf Schweizer Steckdose. Damit kein heisses Wasser, kein Kaffee. Schade.

Dörren stod helt öppen en dag då jag kom tillbaka och den har stått på glänt även vid tidigare vistelse.

Einfach schlecht...
Pros:

Dir Lage war nicht schlecht, da es in der Nähe meiner Firma war, wo ich hin musste. Eher günstig, aber danach wusste ich auch warum.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Bügeleisen angefragt vor der Ankunft, sie meinten, dass sie mir Eines ins Zimmer stellen. Jedoch war keines vorhandrn und auf Anfrage wurde ich gnadenlos ignoriert. Ich hatte ein Vorstellungsgespräch und war darauf angewiesen.

Zudem war die Hitze in dem Dachzimmer kaum zu ertragen. Es war heisser als draussen.

Im Gemeinschafts-Badezimmer hat es vom Duschvorhang nach Katzenurin gerochen und auch ansonsten war es nicht wirklich sauber im Zimmer.

Nie wieder werde ich in diese Unterkunft gehen.

It was OK what we needed. Didn't need anything special.
Pros:

Location is good metro right outside and parking for cars although you do need to pay. It was clean.

Cons:

Noisy room next door. Metro is right outside very humid, fan doesn't work or if it did it was useless. Only 2 bathrooms.

Pros:

Gute Lage zur Innenstadt, Parkmöglichkeiten sonntags kostenlos in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Self-Check-In funktioniert

Cons:

Keine Kommunikation/Erreichbarkeit/Antworten bei jedwegen Fragen vor oder während des Aufenthalts, TV ist im Zimmer aber funktioniert nicht, Toilettenpapier im Gemeinschaftsbad leer und wurde nicht nachgefüllt

Die Unterkunft war sauber.
Online Check in hat funktioniert.

Cons:

Frottee Laken bei 32 Grad ?
Geschirrspüler defekt.
Fernsehen funktioniert nicht und da es keine Rezeption gibt, keine Hilfe.
Wasserkocher ohne Schweiz Stecker nicht zu gebrauchen.

Affordable but you get what you pay for
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable, and it was nice that a fan was included with the room. Location right next to the bus line.

Cons:

Lots of loud commotion and slamming doors at night. Someone shoved fruit into the key box which made it difficult to return the keys.

Pros:

The levels of cleanliness were incredible. Pristine!
Great little pizza restaurant across the street and a cool fountain outside your door.

Cons:

Very hot in the attic room and fan was poor and insufficient in the middle of a heatwave admittedly.
