Pros:

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

The walls were thin. The kitchen was dirty and there were ants crawling around on the tables next to the dishes that were supposed to be clean. Nobody put the dishes in the drawers after they were dry. The top drawer in the fridge in the rooms was all filled with ice and nothing could then be placed in the fridge.

Pros:

the location was good and good value for money.

Cons:

the towels were quite thin, and no kettle, but no milk, tea or coffee, kettle not provided in our room which I think is very normal to have. I know they had a kitchen which was usable with all amenities but if you wanted to have a cup of coffee you needed to take your coffee up the stairs to your room. Hard to connect the owners to ask questions.

Nice stay
Pros:

In the CBD, close from everything you need. The rooms are good but would need more space to store things. It was clean. The owners are very reactive if you need anything.

Pros:

The property is in a real great location, super central and walking distance to everything along with public transport links nearby.

The kitchen facilities were excellent (the best we’ve had on all of our aus travels) - rice cooker, pans, microwaves, kettles, the list goes on! Not just the regular kettle and toaster.

The bathrooms were great, always clean and shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided too.

The rooms were spacious and really comfortable with a fridge and sink in the rooms too was a great addition to keep things in the room and save extra trips to the bathrooms. There’s also free laundry on the rooftop with air dryers and detergent which is a nice touch.

The hosts were great when contacted had real prompt responses and even allowed us to check in from 10:30am!

If i ever returned to Adelaide I would without a doubt stay here again ☺️

Pros:

I guess for the price the value is fair. The common bathrooms were kept clean.

Cons:

The room was overdue for a good clean and the whole place seems like it could use a refresh. The walls are very thin so you can hear people rumbling at night which was disturbing.

Nice comfy clean stay
Pros:

Good to have own bedroom, beds are clean, good having male and female separated shower rooms, and toilets. Aircon in the room too.

Cons:

Shared kitchen could be cleaner.

The place was clean, modern and spacious. The owners were kind enough to allow me store my overnight bag after check out until I was ready for my flight
