Pros:

The place was clean, modern and spacious. The owners were kind enough to allow me store my overnight bag after check out until I was ready for my flight

Pros:

Very good location - 5 minutes from the Victoria's square, the center of sbd. The host helped get the lost luggage from the airport. There is a good kitchen, washer and dryer.

Cons:

To wash your clothes, you either need to buy a large bottle of laundry detergent or make arrangements with your neighbors. But I'll say right away that we didn't ask the host about this.

Fab facilities, fab staff.
Pros:

First time ever staying in a hostel and was so much better than I expected! Very clean, very spacious, even the shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom were consistantly clean and never full, so there was always space when myself/my partner wanted to use them.

Pros:

Il s'agit de chambres avec un partage des parties communes. L'établissement est bien placé. L'endroit est propre et on y trouve tous les ustensiles de cuisines nécessaires à la confection d'un festin ! A noter que salles de bain et cuisine sont nettoyées quotidiennement. Bel endroit pour faire des rencontres.

Value for money
Pros:

It is what it says on the label. Cheap accommodation with shared kitchen and bathroom. Provided everything like shampoo/conditioner soap and all the kitchen requirements beyond expectation.

Cons:

I stayed for 8 nights. The management coild have reached out to ask whether I would like a refresh, but they didn't. I was fine to sleep on the same sheets, but a proactive service offering would have been appreciated.

Worth the money!
Pros:

I really liked the location. it's near to almost everything in CBD. The owner is very cooperative, always respond to your queries and concerns, and address them in due time.

Cons:

The washrooms were not clean because of the shared bathroom, but it's not the apartment fault.

Very affordable, good equipment and excellent location for all CBD activities
Pros:

Very affordable, good price for a week solo travel, very comfty bed, guest did not steal food and cleaned up after themselves, cleaners kept the place tidy

Cons:

It was not a major issue, and it didn't affect my overall experience, but my cupboard back wall was slightly broken, and my bedside table was slightly scratched. The walls were scratched, and the showers and bedroom had a bit of rust in the facilities. My windows had dust from the outside.
