L'hôtel est très jolie, la literie confortable et le petit déjeuner très bon

Cons:

Je pense que le ménage pourrait être approfondie sous les lits et dans les wc
Et quelque explications aurait était les bienvenues pour entrer dans l'hôtel après la fermeture

For us Le Cadiusa is a perfect one night on our route south.
Pros:

Le Cadusia is a very comfortable and friendly family hotel with covered parking, fantastic breakfast and a gas station on the other side of the road. Very handy! The village Chaource is on walking distance and offers nice restaurants, e,g. le restaurant sans nom.

Cons:

The matresses in the hotel rooms are comfortable, but covered by a plastic sheet (probably for hygienic reasons). Unfortunately this goes at the expense of good ventilation which makes sleeping -a little- sweaty…

Comfort, peace and quiet in this delightful hotel, on the edge of the town of Chaource
Pros:

Fabulous breakfast and dinner, all so tasty.
Our room with a balcony overlooked fields and forest, and, an added treat, a herd of Charolais cows meandering in the field!

Friendly staff - spacious room with terrace with wide view over farmland - seperare bathroom and toilet - not your average restaurant menu (delicious)

Chambre confortable, dîner à un prix correct.
Bon pain au petit déjeuner .
Accueil à la réception, au restaurant et au petit déjeuner

Cons:

Petit déjeuner avec trop de produits préparés depuis quelques temps...semble t-il
Mais surtout c'est le surcoût de la chambre de 95 à 115 € en passant par Booking. Exagéré !
