Breakfast was excellent
Nothing
Everything was good
Location. Beautiful building and garden. Good welcome pack of drinks and biscuits. Lovely room. Nice toiletries. Good breakfast. Comfy bed. Lovely bathroom.
Parts of the decor looked tired and the curtains in the room were ripped and hanging off the curtain rail. The sash window didn't stay open.
Friendly welcome, unique and interesting decor, quality rooms and bathrooms, deep roll top bath, breakfast was perfect
A bit warm at night so needed to crack the window open using a towel in the gap to keep it open.
There was sick in the kitchen sink that hadn’t been cleaned out properly there was tobacco in the hot tub the glass door hadn’t been cleaned they where really dirty, I’m not normally one to complain but at £300 a night the least you would expect is a clean room.
Excellent huge room
It was a bit of a hassle having to go to the Joiners Arms for dinner in the wet
The property and staff were really nice
We booked one of the pods outside so we could use the hot tub and watch the boxing but the hot tub didn’t work so we spoke to someone and they offered us another free stay and the day before we was meant to arrive we got told the hot tubs wasn’t working as they were all getting cleaned so we never actually got too use what we booked for in the first place we did get a room in the main hall but wasn’t what we wanted so felt like a waste of time
Absolutely everything. It seemed too good to be true when we booked it but it was even better than we expected. Every single member of staff was lovely. So helpful and friendly.
Absolutely nothing.
The decor was out of this world.
The bar to be staffed and welcoming
There is a Pub/Restaurant close by
Extremely weak internet in the room
The decor
No dogs barking all night long in next room , room being available on arrival so we didn’t have to get changed for wedding in car park , no disabled access , wait for breakfast was just under an hour , then toast arrived once finished , for over £750 a night I would expect 5 star treatment , yet had better experience in a premier inn for £59 night
Very peaceful and lovely stuff.
