Towels were yellow next to a cow shed right outside my window. Cow dung smell was coming and the toilet was smelly.
It is a 5 star but doesn’t have standard even of 2 star.

The room was good and location was also suitable

Cons:

The night manager didn't let me and my family have morning breakfast free, which was included in my Booking.com customer ID. Whose fault is this!!? Either you people from Booking.com or people from Windham Ramada?? 😠 Very Bad experience regarding Breakfast!
