Lugar bonito pero no cumple al 100% lo que indican

Nos encantó que el lugar estuviera rodeado de naturaleza

Cons:

En general las instalaciones y la atención estuvieron muy bien, sin embargo, durante nuestra estadía tuvimos una situación incómoda respecto a nuestra alimentación.
Por la naturaleza de un todo incluido, nosotros no teníamos contemplado tener alimentos en nuestra habitación, no obstante, al momento de cenar, nos dimos cuenta que la persona / chef que teníamos designada para preparar nuestros alimentos, no sé encontraba y no había preparado nada, por lo que la persona encargada del lugar tuvo que "correr" para ver qué nos hacía.
Le agradecemos mucho por su disposición, pero esto no justifica que no hayamos podido tener nuestra cena con lo que se nos ofreció y adicional quedar insatisfechos con la alimentación y ver cómo resolvíamos puesto que el lugar es bastante distante de algún supermercado o centro de comida.

Blissful peace, with decadent Chef at hand!
Pros:

A place for blissful peace, mixed with tantalizing gourmet food and or cuisine of your choosing! Rosita is the breakfast cook and cleaning lady, and when I got a cold she made homemade remedies! Also Fran, the chef ordered up ideas, and took suggestions and recommendations for the food... Fran was excellent i wouldn't stay for 5 days and 4 nights a little long....

Pros:

Chef Fran was truly a fantastic cook. The meals were the best we had all of our two weeks of travel in Costa Rica. The location was beautiful and so was the architecture. We felt a bit constrained by the three meals being included in the price of our room. Other than that, everything about the hotel was phenomenal.

Pros:

This is an amazing hotel in the middle of the jungle, with a roaring river next to it, luxuriant vegetation all around. Food was very good, Jeff surprised us with the lunch and dinner that was always very good.

If you are a fan of the outdoors, this the perfect place for hiking, bird watching, etc.
Pros:

We enjoyed the relaxing and natural atmosphere. Listening to the river as we slept was so relaxing.

Cons:

I think it needs refreshments and snacks for the guest.

Pros:

can’t say enough good things about this place! it’s wonderful and perfect in every way. the staff are warm and attentive, private chef made us curated meals, there was even a private jacuzzi embedded in the jungle! A must stay for anyone traveling in the area

Pros:

Quiet and secluded with the sound of the river intermingled with the sounds of the jungle. Cool nights and a good bed made for some great sleeps.

Cons:

No food at the hotel and much of the surrounding area did not have any good restaurants. The place is very hard to find and the owner need to improve on this
