Disappointed!! They should do better

Cons:

Im so disappointed, I upgraded to deluxe balcony but not worthy at all ! Noise from 3 am in the morning , room doesn’t cancel voice , ac was old and not cold at all , room is to hot ! Not worth time and money

Pros:

the room was super nice and comfy.
the panoramic is superb.
but when I was about to check in, the previous guest didn't check out on time and it make my check in delayed about 2 hours.
the staff should be more fierced when it came to this matter.
they did compensate me with prolonged check out time, but it still uncomfortable for me.
hope the staff could be more professional next time.
