The check-in entries were not made properly. The reception boys were not well-groomed, and their way of speaking was not good. When I went to room 101, the bed was bad with a dirty bedsheet replaced by a torn duvet cover. There was no supply in the room, no water bottle, and the washroom was very dirty. The WC was extremely filthy and had turned yellow. The cubical glass was so dirty as if it had never been cleaned. The towels looked like they were 10 years old. The condition was very bad. I will never come to such a hotel again, especially with family. I had thought of bringing my family on the 4th, but now I won't come to this hotel
location overall, but inside a narrow lane where car cannot come to load or offload your luggage

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room had plenty of room and a fridge to keep cold food / drinks.
Location was not the best for some of the sites but was good for getting to the train station.
